We have only good things to say about this hotel. The location is extremely convenient, next to Nijo Station. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and it was a good value for the money. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Kyoto.

The hotel is in an excellent location, the room was very clean and quiet, the staff were friendly. We would've liked to have had wine glasses in the room and there was also no teaspoons although there is a kettle and tea and coffee available in the lobby.

Kyoto convenience

The hotel was clean and comfortable and luggage storage option came in very handy. The rooms are big enough to open suitcases and the bathroom was a good size. It is right across from a 7-11 and the train station so that is really convenient, and the free coffee all day was a nice perk. I would stay here again.

Clean and conveniently located near train/bus stop

Clean and comfortable hotel steps away from Nijo train / subway station and bus routes. Free coffee in the morning and hot pool (which we did not use). A few places for breakfast and coffee shops nearby.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful city. Located fantastically opposite Nijo station, with direct trains to Kyoto main station every 10 minutes or so that take as little as 5 minutes - As well as being on the red underground line that links you to an array of top tourist attractions. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
