The house is fully equipped with all the basic kitchen utensils. Situated in the Costa Dorada, in the Calafat urbanisation, just a few kilometres from the picturesque fishing village of l'Ametlla de Mar and half an hour from the Ebro Delta and the Port Aventura theme park. In the Calafat urbanisation, you will find several restaurants, a supermarket, bakery, sports facilities, and a children's area with swings. This property welcomes families and groups of responsible adults but does not allow youth events or parties. DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA The Costa Dorada is the most laureated in Catalonia with 37 blue flag beaches, known for their quality and excellent state of conservation.
