House on the second line of the beach, 50 meters away and next to the Riells promenade, where shops, bars and restaurants are located.
The house is distributed on the ground floor: living room, kitchen, toilet and a double bedroom with a bed of 140 X 200 cm. On the ground floor two bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace. Second bedroom bed 140 X 200 cm. Third bedroom two single beds of 190X80 cm.
At the entrance there is a small patio to eat outside.

Principal avantage Maison idĂ©alement situĂ©e pour accĂ©der Ă  la plage. Proche de tout ! Mobiliers/ installations cassĂ©s/abĂźmĂ©s ou mĂ©ritant d'ĂȘtre changĂ©. Pas de machine Ă  laver bien dommage pour une location pout 6 personnes.

Maison trÚs bien située trÚs proche de la plage et des rues commerçantes. Et trÚs calme . Maison idéale pour 6 personnes. Elle est un peu ancienne mais bien équipée . Climatisation qui fonctionne trÚs bien . TrÚs bon séjour en août 2023

Bel emplacement mais maison mal entretenue.

Dommage !! TrĂšs bien situĂ©e cette maisonnette n est pas Ă  la hauteur des prestations indiquĂ©es. Le tarif ne comprend pas les 90e de mĂ©nage qui pour notre arrivĂ©e n a pas Ă©tĂ© fait. D ailleurs la maison a Ă©tĂ© ouverte par nos soins, fermĂ©e depuis la saison derniĂšre. L agence vous donne les clĂ©s et dĂ©brouillez vous. RĂ©sultat une odeur d Ă©gout insoutenable et de renfermĂ©e qui s est estompĂ©e uniquement au 3 Ăšme jour. Toilettes sales. Portes de douche non ajustĂ©es qui provoquent vite l inondation et donc goutes Ă  goutes dans le salon en dessous. Cuisine et le reste ok. Porte d entrĂ©e et du frigo qui ferment mal. Dommage pour les Ă©conomies d Ă©nergies car clim obligatoire la journĂ©e avec les 35 degrĂ©s... la nuit tout ouvert pour ne pas ĂȘtre asfixiĂ©s par les remontĂ©es d eaux usĂ©es, avec un bĂ©bĂ© de 18 mois pfff !! Agence toujours fermĂ©e lors de nos passages pour signaler les faits. Jour du dĂ©part prĂ©vu a 10h, attente d un personnel de. L agence ou de mĂ©nage jusqu'Ă  13h... Personne agence fermĂ©e.... Donc dĂ©part en laissant les clĂ©s dans la maison. J invite les propriĂ©taires Ă  changer de prestataire car sans ces dĂ©sagrĂ©ments ce serait top !!!

huis was vies bij aankomst,zelfs bestek en borden hebben met 3 personen 3 uur schoongemaakt na 16 uur rijden,niet genoeg kookgerei en slechts 2 pitten om te koken met 8 personen,al met al erg teleurstellend.

Parfait emplacement

L'emplacement est parfait, la plage est juste là à cÎté ainsi que les restaurants, les boutiques, la boulangerie,... bref tout est à proximité. La propreté est moyenne, nous avons dû débouché le 1er jour l'évacuation de la douche bourrée de cheveux. Les joints ne sont plis trÚs étanches. Dommage que la douche soit à l'étage attention pour les personnes ùgées. Je recommande pour un séjour agréable et apaisant en bordure de plage. Autrement bonne location.

La plage n'est pas Ă  50 mĂštres mais Ă  30 ! Pour le prix du sĂ©jour, pas grand chose Ă  dire ! Certes , la maison n'avait pas Ă©tait aĂ©rĂ©e au prĂ©alable mais il y a tout ce que l'on peut attendre pour le tarif : lave vaisselle , barbecue, climatisation trĂšs efficace , salon de jardin, store banne, 2 vĂ©los Ă  disposition ( bien que les commerces et la plage soient Ă  proximitĂ©) Nous avons passĂ© 1 semaine en dĂ©connexion totale, en famille ! Merci Ă  l'agence, merci Ă  notre hĂŽte ! Des critiques comme partout il pourrait y en avoir, nous ne retenons que les + . Merci đŸ€©

A rafraichir

Cette location est trÚs bien située. La cuisine est un peu petite mais pas vieille. La literie est récente également. Par contre, les placards sentent le renfermés et il faudrait rafraichir l'ensemble mais autrement trÚs agréable et proche de la plage et de la promenade.
