Homely house in a quiet Residential area. Adult groups under 30 need a prior authorization to be accepted.

Briu has three double bedrooms, two with double bed and one with two single beds. The living room and dining room look out on and have access to the terrace and pool. The dining room has space for eight people. There are two complete bathrooms one with bath and the other wioth shower, and a shower on the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The surface area of the house is 125 square metres distributed on two floors, suitable for up to six people. The parcel of land is 250 square metres. On the upper floor there is one bedroom and a bathroom. All the rooms have external aspects and afford plenty of light and sun.

The house has a terrace with a table for five people, a private swimming pool of 6x3 and a barbecue.

The house faces south and is very sunny. 700 metres south you reach the municipality of Torroella de Montgrí where you can find different paths ideal for walking or cycling in the middle of the Mediterranean countryside.
