Check in staff was unkind and unaccommodating. Even with arriving after 5 am they only allowed one hour late check out. Beds and pillows very uncomfortable. Poor soundproofing between rooms. Property is clean and well kept and the morning counter lady was very good.

Hallways needed vacuuming. Our room door did not close properly. Body wash container in shower was empty. Exterior door that was supposed to lock from 9pm to 6am for safety and security did not work- door was always open. In general this hotel is showing a lot of west and tear and not enough upkeep and maintenance.

The accommodation was OK for our 3-night stay during the 2025 Snow Goose Festival. Bed, pillows were comfortable. One light bulb not working above bathroom mirror, but we did not report since we did not need room service while there. Pool looked green, but no time to try it out. Broken glass in the parking lot the morning we left.

Was woken up to the cleaning staff arguing outside my room. Bout 30 minutes passed and again they started arguing infront of my room. Water spout and knobs on the jacuzzi tub were broken. Had ripped towels folded up for us to use. Do not plan on staying at this location again.

Easy to find hotel. The room was clean. Very disappointed in the noise. Upstairs was super loud and I couldn’t sleep. The noise was extreme well after midnight. I will no longer stay

Property was in a decent area had decent parking and exterior. The continental breakfast was fine bagel cereal, waffle coffee the bed was pretty comfortable room a decent size. My main issue was the noise. The walls are very thin the door slam easily and I could hear my neighbors talking through the wall the second night I managed to bang something on the nightstand, and that seemed to quiet them down the first night the neighbor across the hallway kept letting the door slam so if you’re a light sleeper, you might wanna turn the bathroom fan on and bring a sound machine. Otherwise I’d say it was a decent place for the price. Would I stay here again?- not sure I’m a light sleeper. The bed was decent though not hard as a rock like at some places.Ty I booked on Expedia and got a little extra discount than what it would be at the actual front desk.
