This beautiful vacation home with private swimming pool is located in an Istrian village with other family houses and is ideal for a family vacation. The interior is modern and with standard comfort. In the garden, your children can play freely and undisturbed, while you refresh yourself in the swimming pool or enjoy your vacation on one of the terraces. At the barbecue you can socially end the day with your loved ones. Absolutes Traumhaus

Wir waren eine Woche, 4 Erwachsene, ein Hund. Das Haus war sehr sauber, es war alles vorhanden und nichts defekt oder alt oder dreckig. Der Pool war warm, der Whirlpool genau richtig. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig, nur Vogelgezwitscher zu hören.

Wir verbringen schon seit 10 Jahren unseren Sommerurlaub in Istrien und haben schon viele Ferienhäuser gesehen.Dieses Anwesen hat erstmals alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt:ein grosses, sehr liebevoll angelegtes, nur wenig einsehbares eingezäuntes Grundstück, in ruhiger Umgebung, da am Ende einer Sackgasse gelegen, ein schöner sauberer Pool, zusätzlich ein Jacuzzi und eine Tischtennisplatte, ein sehr sauberes gepflegtes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, nicht zu groß und nicht zu klein, alles ebenerdig, Mückenrolläden an den Fenstern, ausreichend Klimaanlagen, Fensterläden an allen Fenstern, sehr bequeme Betten, ausreichend Küchenutensilien.Fahrräder für Erwachsene und Kinder standen zur Verfügung. In wenigen Autominuten erreicht man Rabac.5 Sterne auch für die ganz lieben Gastgeber, die uns schon bei der Ankunft mit Kuchen und Obst überraschten und uns mit der ganzen Familie samt Mutter beim Abschied erneut beschenkten und eine gute Heimfahrt wünschten. Jenny wir haben uns bei Euch toll erholt und wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!

Urlaub in Labin

Sehr schöne Anlage, schöner Pool und Wirlpool, schöner Freisitz mit Grill. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und mit vielen Details eingerichtet. In jedem Schlafzimmer gibt es einen großen Schrank und bei zwei Zimmern ein direkt anschließendes Bad. Die Vermieterin und die ganze Familie ist sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der CheckIn lief sehr unkompliziert, ebenso die Abreise. Als Willkommensgeschenk gab es frische Obst, Gebäck, eine Flasche Wein und Gebäck. Auch für die Hunde stand ein Leckerchen bereit. Wir können das Domizil uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, einfach top! Wir werden bestimmt mal wieder hier Urlaub machen.
