Ground floor: Living room 30 sqm and with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, lounge, dinette and TV. You have access to the 20 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture. Kitchen 12 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, electric water boiler and washing machine.
1st floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. You have access to the covered balcony with garden furniture. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Rabac. The villa is located on a 85 sqm garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (unpaved). Parking is available on the property.
