With over 100 square meters and 145 square meters of roof terrace, the apartment offers an upscale vacation for 1 to 4 people (with children aged 7 and over).



The beautiful penthouse is centrally and quietly located. Parking spaces are available but there is no street in front of the building. In addition, the penthouse is set back behind the roof terrace so that noise hardly reaches the top. The beach, cafés, restaurants, bakeries, stores, banks and much more are all within a 120-meter radius.



The roof terrace faces east, south and west. The east and west sides are fully equipped with 2 sun loungers, a table and 4 chairs each. This means you can choose whichever you prefer depending on the sunlight and wind direction and always have the perfect spot. The view extends from the village center over the forest on the fjord hiking trail, the masts of the marinas, the houses on the beach, the Baltic Sea with the passing ships to the memorial.



Inside, a beautiful living room invites you to linger. A well-equipped kitchen with a large drinks fridge is located next to the separate dining area. There is a bedroom with a large box-spring bed and separate area with desk and a bedroom with 2 single beds, both well equipped. In addition to the central bathroom, there is another bathroom at the back of the utility room. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the utility room. Our beach chair is already at your disposal on the beach.



This penthouse was completely refurbished in 2010 and has now been renovated and refurnished. In the apartment are pictures and photos that show little stories of Laboe, the Kiel Fjord and the Baltic Sea. We are looking forward to nice guests who appreciate this ambience.
