This place is also a temp housing type place for transients. When being checked in the front desk lady said she didn’t want to say my room number out loud so anyone could hear what room I would be in. Lock to hotel door is broken. Felt very unsafe and left.

It seems like the hotel is under some sort of repair. The lobby was stacked with new mattresses. My door was broken and unable to lock. Therefore, unable to leave my room for 1 full day. The Hotel eventually fixed the door before we left.

Door did not shut and the inner lock was broken. Area around hotel and entrance felt unsafe. Mattresses were in the lobby. Our shower was not clean and old cloths were hanging on the curtain. House keeping did not understand English and intruded.

The house keeping staff just barge in when your using the bathroom and they have no elevator or coffee creamer and no coffee half the time plus they take at least a $100 to $200 follar security deposit and tell you you get it when you check out but then when you check out they tell you it takes 7 days to come back onto your account...

TV was good. Bed seemed ok, I slept. Bathroom fixtures rusty and moldy. Toilet rocked, faucet fell apart upon use. Visible mold covered lampshade. Mold in bathroom. It smelled like a dirty fish tank.

The facet was not fastened to the counter. So every time you needed to turn the faucet on, you, had to hold it up. The bathtub had black mold in it. And the heat and air unit was blowing out some musty smells. I looked at other rooms and they had yellow stains on their bed linen

Bugs in the room. Asked for housekeeping service and fresh towels at 10 am and was told that the crew was already gone? Some man came in and sprayed the room but no housekeeping staff or towels showed up. The bedding and towels were stained.
