Great, clean, modern and well maintained hotel

Great hotel, located near all the Lake Placid attractions, clean and modernized, decent free breakfast - coffee tasted especially good! Woman checking us in was not only friendly and very helpful, she was interested in making sure we had a comfortable stay.

Nice hotel good location Near Main St., Lake Placi

We enjoyed our stay. Extremely clean and neat. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We got a king deluxe room with a balcony Lake view. The rooms are off center. You can see the lake, but there’s more of a street tennis court view. The balconies are on the first floor, which usually balconies are up on a higher floor. So we were slightly disappointed, but the staff made up for it. They were very helpful and engaging.

The facility and rooms were very nice. Some minor complaints: Could have more outlets in room. Could have more hooks in bathroom and closet to hang clothes. No night lights. No fresh fruit at breakfast.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The entire place was spotless – super clean and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The location is also a big plus – very convenient and walkable to everything I needed. Overall, a really nice place to stay. The only small downside was the breakfast – it didn’t have many options, but everything else more than made up for it. Would definitely stay here again!

We love this hotel. It has so many unique features and designs. The beds are super comfortable. The entire property is very clean. The one thing that I would love for them to do is to have a towel rack and bigger countertop in the accessible room. Right now the towels are hung (very nicely, with fancy folds) on the grab bars around the toilet. This would not work for someone who needs to use the grab bars, also the towels slide off by the toilet and that is a little gross. A hook on the wall by the shower would help too. I am an Occupational Therapist so these design fixes stick out to me. Other than that everything was perfect, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was great. Thank you for another great night

Breakfast disappointment

Good room, comfort bed. Bathroom gets really wet after a shower. Very good location Breakfast was good on Sunday but on Monday and Tuesday they served us gas station egg/sausage sandwich. I don’t know if it is a usual thing or because they were not so busy. Disappointed that I paid for that.

This property was an excellent stay for us. Right by main street and walkable to most things we wanted to do! Check was easy and everyone was super friendly. We loved how the room had an extra little area for storage since we had our hockey and skating gear with us. It was an excellent addition to the room. Super clean and tidy! We would 10/10 stay here again!
