good room, comfortable bed. DO NOT buy the breakfast deal. The food is greasy. The breakfast delivered is not the one shown on the placard menu. Coffee is extra! $6 a cup. Staff is rude.

The room given was not as per booking. We have booked Private room 4 guests but was given 6 bedders dormitory. The hotel was in bad condition, bed quirky when turned body, bedsheets dirty. Please do not stay in this hotel

The room was good. The bed comfortable. The sofa bed was made up which we did not require and did not ask for. It did not allow use use of the sofa so we put this away. There was no way of eating your own food despite a sort of kitchen area. There was space for a microwave but none provided. As a supermarket was very close by and restaurants were extremely busy it would have been good to have a way of heating food. Very few utensils or crockery were provided. So eating in was not an option except for takeaway food. The breakfast voucher was appreciated but the food in Dough Boys was not really to our liking. Bathroom was clean with a good shower. Toiletries provided. Nice balcony with chairs overlooking lake.

Very clean room, unusual shower capsule - literally sealed in when the door is shut. King size bed crammed into the room making access down one side awkward. Reception staff very friendly and location is ideal - close to everything in town.
