The Space:

Hey there, welcome to our cozy upstairs apartment, your home away from home! We've made it super comfy and convenient, with everything you need for a chill vacation. You'll have easy access to fun stuff nearby: we're less than 10 miles from the ITHINK Amphitheater, a great spot for concerts and events, and just a mile from the Lake Worth Municipal Golf Course, perfect for a relaxing round of golf, and the Beach Club Restaurant, offering delicious dining options. The Lake Worth Casino, with its restaurants and beach store, is also close by, providing entertainment and shopping. Getting around is easy, too—we're about 10 minutes from PBI airport, making travel a breeze, and 45 minutes from FLL. You can check out cool places like Palm Beach and Worth Avenue, known for their upscale shopping and beautiful scenery (15 minutes away), City Place in downtown West Palm, offering a vibrant atmosphere with shops, restaurants, and entertainment (15 minutes), Delray, with its charming downtown and beautiful beaches (15 minutes south), Fort Lauderdale, a city known for its beaches and nightlife (45 minutes), and Miami, a bustling city with diverse cultural attractions (about an hour). If you're into outdoor adventures, the beach is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and watersports. Plus, there are local shops and restaurants to explore, offering a taste of local culture, or you can take a nice walk along the waterfront, enjoying the scenic views.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the shared swimming pool and outdoor patio. Please note that the outdoor kitchen grill and TV are for the owner's use only.



The Neighborhood:

Explore the vibrant neighborhood surrounding our apartment! Located just two blocks from the Intracoastal Waterway and a mile from the beach, you'll have easy access to sun and surf. The local green market near the beach is a must-visit, offering fresh produce and local goods. Enjoy fishing off the pier and savor delicious meals at nearby restaurants. For your daily dose of caffeine, there's a Starbucks conveniently located nearby. Whether you prefer relaxing on the beach, jogging along the water, or exploring the local shops and dining options, Lake Worth Beach offers a wealth of outdoor activities and experiences.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! Uber and Lyft are readily available. For longer trips, the Brightline train from West Palm Beach (near City Place) offers convenient service to Fort Lauderdale and Miami. The Tri-Rail also has a station approximately a mile from the apartment. If you prefer cycling, check out Relentless bike shop on Lake Ave for rentals. Additionally, consider using the free Circuit car service for local transportation.



Other Things to Note:

Just a heads-up, this is an upstairs apartment, so there are stairs – please be careful! Also, be mindful on the balcony. Remember to put the umbrella down, cover the grill, and clean it after you're done. We'd appreciate it if you could take your shoes off inside. Parties and smoking aren't allowed indoors. Please toss your trash in the bin on the north side of the building (it's around the gate on your left); they pick up on Mondays and Thursdays, and recycling is on Tuesdays. Thanks for your help with that! To help us conserve energy, please turn off electronics when you're not using them and be mindful of water usage. The pool and outdoor shower are shared, so feel free to use them. Hope you have a great stay!
