The Space:

Four days into a Lakeland stay, the rhythm of this home starts to feel like your own. Morning coffee at the kitchen island, an afternoon spent drifting between the pool and the hot tub, evenings on the screened lanai while the Florida sky fades to orange - this is a home built for slowing down and settling in.



Living space

The heart of the home is a generous open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area where everyone naturally gathers. Natural light moves through the space freely, and the layout keeps the cook connected to the conversation rather than tucked away. Whether you're catching a game on TV, working through a puzzle at the table, or simply stretching out after a long drive, the living area gives you room to breathe. A fireplace adds a cosy focal point for cooler evenings, and the single-level layout means no stairs anywhere in the home - easy for guests of all ages and ideal for longer stays.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms are arranged to give both privacy and flexibility for groups of up to eight. The primary suite features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom - your own quiet corner of the home. Two further bedrooms each offer a queen bed, and the fourth is set up with twin-over-twin bunk beds, a practical choice for younger guests or anyone happy to share a room. Three full bathrooms mean mornings stay easy no matter how many people are getting ready at once.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything a home cook needs: refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, baking sheet, and a full set of cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. The large island doubles as a casual breakfast bar, keeping the kitchen social even when just one person is cooking. Pull up to the dining table for a proper sit-down meal, or keep things relaxed and eat outside.



Outdoor living

The screened lanai is where this home earns its keep. A private in-ground pool and attached hot tub sit within a covered, enclosed outdoor space - sheltered from insects and the elements, open to Florida's warmth. The patio seating and outdoor dining area make it easy to take meals outside, and the screened enclosure adds a layer of comfort and privacy that keeps the space usable throughout your stay.



Work & practicalities

A dedicated workspace and reliable Wi-Fi make this a practical base for remote workers, extended visits, or relocation stays between leases. The washer, dryer, iron, and clothing storage take care of the day-to-day, while free garage parking keeps your vehicle off the street. Bed linens are provided, and the home is outfitted with a full set of safety features: exterior security cameras (Ring doorbell plus front and rear cameras), smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. The home offers driveway parking and easy access to major roadways connecting Lakeland to Tampa, Orlando and surrounding attractions.



Lakeland’s central location makes it a convenient base for exploring both coasts while returning to a relaxed residential setting.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver (Required)

Guests must select one of the following options after booking via our Guest App:

$500 refundable security deposit, or

$22 per night nonrefundable damage waiver (capped per stay)



This process is handled off-platform and is required for all reservations.

Age Requirement & ID Verification

Primary guest must be 26+.



All guests 18+ must complete ID verification prior to check-in. Verification includes government-issued ID, selfie verification and signing our rental agreement and house rules in the Guest Portal. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund.
