With approximately 85 m² of living space, two balconies, and a private parking space, this comfortable apartment offers ideal conditions for a relaxing Lake Constance holiday for up to three guests. Its quiet location near the lake makes it perfect for cycling holidays, beach vacations, or simply unwinding by the water.

The modern living room features a spacious sofa, TV, CD player, digital radio, a selection of board games, and a small library. The adjoining dining area creates a cozy atmosphere for shared meals and relaxing evenings. The high-quality, generously equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a ceramic cooktop, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, separate freezer, as well as plenty of dishes and cooking utensils—ideal for self-catering during your Lake Constance holiday.

The daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathtub, and toilet, and there is also a separate guest WC. Important notes:
Pets are unfortunately not allowed in this accommodation. Arrival and departure are possible on all seven days of the week, and thanks to the key safe, late arrivals are also no problem.
