The hotel staff were friendly and courteous but the hotel itself looked tired and could use a refresh. The room’s fridge leaked water onto the carpet. The pool was a bit cold but it had a great slide.

If you're planning to pay for cash for your room, you won't be able to and it's not noted anywhere that we cannot pay with cash. I will not be returning to this hotel. Worst experience for customer service travelling free kids arriving at 10:30 at night at telling us we have to find another place to stay because there's nothing they can do about it

Good hotel - terrible bed.

The hotel is dated and could use a makeover. The staff was great and very accommodating. The breakfast was good. The two things that made this stay very poor were the close proximity to ongoing highway construction (that was going on 24/7 and the bed. I had the worst nights sleep I have ever had in a hotel. in fact, on the second night i got up and went to sleep in my car. The car seats were more comfortable than the bed. My back was sore for three days after sleeping in this bed. We have enjoyed many stays with this hotel chain and until now it has been our go to choice when traveling. However, this experience has left us questioning our future bookings.
