Check-in with the kiosk was very slow and troublesome. The interface is not good. I did get help from the desk clerk but not until after I had figured out what was going on. Early AM noise from construction Napa Bistro kicks ass Spa and massage were excellent.

The hotel was great. The room was a little warm and wouldn't cool down. The bed was extremely hard so it was a little uncomfortable to sleep on.

Beautiful Hotel

I only stayed at the hotel for 1 night due to the proximity of the airport. I was on a ski vacation in Tahoe. I stayed at Ballys in Tahoe. I stayed at numerous hotels in Tahoe over the years and the Atlantis has them all beat by a country mile. The Atlantis was clean. The rooms were outstanding, and the service was very good. If this hotel was in Tahoe I would stay there every year.
