The bed was comfortable and I like our stay in the concierge tower, with the concierge lounge and the Continental breakfast bar and evening finger foods. But the premium king bedroom was great too. Stay for Hot August Nights which was great fun. The one disappointing thing about the resort was they never lit the big torches which is part of the building attraction and in all there photos and advertising. Plus the $45 in resort fees collected daily should have covered that attraction?

Wonderfully awesome

Anthony at the front desk was absolutely incredibly helpful and friendly. He was so kind and accommodating and really want the extra mile to make sure I was feeling welcomed… Especially at such a late hour and after traveling for so long to get there! Service means everything and feeling that welcomed after a long day of travel meant everything! Anthony should be commanded for his wonderful Customer service skills! The free shuttle from the airport was also wonderful! This was top-notch from start to finish!

We liked the restaurants and the proximity to Hot August Nights event. We had an excellent and responsive staff member who compensated us because we had been put in the very noisy room for our two nights. We did notice the duvet was disintegrating and we were very surprised it would be in such poor condition. But it was clean.
