Room was clean, pool was nice but seems overly chlorinated. (Burning eyes) breakfast was very good. Staff was all very nice. The whole Place could use a bit if an upgrade. Otherwise I would absolutely stay again.

The staff were fine, but the hotel in general and the room need updating. The paintwork in the room was chipped and the furnature was well scratched and dented. The beds were confortable enough but at well over $200 per night I think its very over priced.

Normally, I’m not one to voice my displeasure so strongly, but this facility was so unsatisfactory that I forfeited my prepaid room at the Quality Inn and booked in for two nights at a different hotel in Laramie, WY. The room was not clean (stained carpet, urine drops on the bathroom floor, stains on the bedspread, filthy wall heater, tattered curtains, dinged up walls) and drab and dreary overall. I’ll never book again with Quality Inn - it was anything but “Quality”
