- Upon check-in, you will receive an energy-saving card attached to your apartment key. Kindly remove the card from its holder whenever you leave the apartment, as it helps us preserve sustainable energy.

- While our listing features a smart TV, please note that it is not connected to satellite channels. However, feel free to enjoy streaming services like YouTube or use your own Netflix account for entertainment during your stay.

**IMPORTANT**: We strive to ensure efficient energy consumption within our community, thus promoting sustainability and cost-effectiveness. As such, we kindly remind you of the normal electricity consumption limits outlined below:

* Studio: 150 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 6 KWH.
* 1 Bedroom: 200 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 8 KWH.
* 2 Bedrooms: 250 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 10 KWH.
* 3 Bedrooms: 375 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 15 KWH.
* Villa: 500 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 20 KWH.

Should your consumption exceed these limits, a charge of 0.5 EUR per extra KWH will be applied daily. This measure ensures fair usage and encourages conscientious energy practices, benefitting both our environment and your wallet. - You can rent your own car for easy transportation with the help of our guest relations team or book a taxi or even explore the city by bike.

- Please note that parties and gatherings are not allowed. Breaking this rule will result in a fine of 1000 euros paid by the guest.
