Checking in was a bit chaotic. The fine print on Expedia should definitely be read before booking; this motel requires additional fees to be paid at the time of check-in. The lady I worked with was lovely, but not all staff had her demeanor. The room itself was average and as someone traveling alone, I was a little worried about the atmosphere.

We only got fitted sheets, no other bedding. Had to clean the tub and sink. Had to call and get the shower head fixed. The TV stand door was broken. Had to reset the A/C to get it to work. Bugs in the pull out couch. Piss in the stair wells. Light didn't work in the closet.

First room dirty hadnt been cleaned in week.Found blood on the matress and bed bugs. Manager suggested we move in give a room better accommodations, but they were just the same as the first room. I charged full price every night of my stay, to stay in dirty rooms and had to deal with it. Also i was supposed to get discounted rates for the rest of my stay but never received them. I shoudve been comp for my stay and more. Management cared very little about fixing my problem and only focused on charging full price to stay in unsanitary room. I while be letting Arizonas corperate offices know of my experience then the health dept.
