The carpet and bed smelled of urine. Charging me a 643 dollar deposit, all the hidden fees, paying for parking to stay there. $40 a day. This is outrageous. No table in handicap room. No refrigerator. It’s all stuffed with soda and liquor sales. Highway robbery. Anything to get money.

They were setting up for the street race so it was hard to get around outside. The outside garderns and fountains were blocked off., Wish we would have known that and we would have chosen a diffrent date

The gentleman at the check-in counter was not friendly, which is odd because you’d think he would be the friendliest since he’s a first point of contact for guests… perhaps he was having a bad day. The housekeeping staff was surprisingly the friendliest. Every time I passed them in the hallway, they stopped to make eye contact and say hello. Food and room were good, but not the best like it was 20 years ago when I went multiple times a year. The seasonal display in the atrium was also nice, but not over-the-top, awe-inspiring like it used to be. Overall, the level of luxury seemed watered-down from years ago when the Bellagio was the standout in the industry.

Clean room but expect to put anything in the refrigerator. It is load with drinks and snacks that are expensive. Water is 8 dollars. If you remove anything you pay for it.
