Bellagio offers 3933 accommodations with iPod docking stations and minibars. Pillowtop beds feature premium bedding. Business-friendly amenities include safes and telephones. Great Stay Overall, but Pool Area & Service Need Improvement We recently stayed at the Bellagio for the first time and overall had a wonderful experience. The check-in process was seamless, and our front desk agent was fantastic — he went above and beyond to get us an amazing room, which made our first stay really special. That being said, there are a few areas that could use improvement: • Pool Experience: The pool chairs are extremely outdated and rough, which doesn’t align with the luxury standard of the Bellagio. Resorts like the Palazzo and Venetian have upgraded their pool furniture, and I would expect the same here. The pool towels were also stained and unpleasant, which was disappointing. In addition, service at the pool was very slow in certain sections — it seemed like there weren’t enough staff available. • Late Checkout Flexibility: I found the hotel inflexible when it came to late checkout. Other luxury resorts I’ve stayed at were more accommodating. Instead, I kept being told to “call back tomorrow,” which was frustrating. • Overall Service: Within the hotel and casino areas, there seemed to be a lack of servers, which impacted the level of service one would expect at this price point. On the positive side, the restaurants were excellent and service in the dining areas was very good. However, there is a lack of convenient “grab-and-go” food options for guests who want something quick, and necessities like CVS or Walgreens are quite far.

Guest doors should have soft close hinges so you aren’t being slammed all hours of the day and night. Poor quality TP and Kleenex. Sidewalks/bridges could be cleaner. Would love coffee in the rooms

Overall hotel absolutely astonishing and 5 star. Complementary water for room should be included for the cost of the room. More eateries for breakfast and brunch would be a nice addition.

Shower had 0 water pressure, there was a missing towel bar in the bathroom but the screws and outline of the bar were still there. The casino dealers had 0 personality and 1 didnt even speak english. Half of the playing tables were closed (Friday and Saturday night) and the table mins are now $25. $55 resort fee plus 12% tax with $40/night to park?? You get charged to stay at a hotel that you are already paying to stay at, plus pay the tax and the parking. Neat
