Bellagio offers 3933 accommodations with minibars and complimentary bathrobes. Pillowtop beds feature premium bedding. Business-friendly amenities include safes and telephones. Room needed maintenance. Bathroom faucet loose from counter, carpet near bed was soaking wet with some gooey soap/shampoo substance. Reserved 2 Premium King rooms--not available when we checked in. We were put in two other rooms, one double queen room and one King facing the fountains, which were loud.

The hotel doesn't have a coffee maker. My father is 82 years old. He needs hot water to take his medication. So, I called the room service, and they sent me hot water within one hour. The hotel room was clean, but the check-in line in the hotel lobby was about 1 hour long.

The room was very clean. Service was excellent. The reason I didn’t give an excellent rating is because the room did not have coffee, nor space in the refrigerator. Also, there were no drawers for unpacking and storing clothes.

The room was clean but we had to request housekeeping to empty garbage cans and provide more towels. We are all for going green, but in lieu of cleaning on a daily basis the room should have been at least checked over once daily. The room itself could use more lighting and the bathroom was short on counter space. However, all hotel staff were pleasant, courteous and accommodating and continuously inquired if we needed anything which made up for everything else. The hotel is beautiful and the atrium and gardens are always stunning. There is a lot of foot traffic and a good vibe in the casino. I would return to the Bellagio.
