Bellagio offers 3933 accommodations with minibars and complimentary bathrobes. Pillowtop beds feature premium bedding. Business-friendly amenities include safes and telephones. Exceptional stay from start to finish. The room was immaculate and thoughtfully designed, and every staff member I interacted with was warm, professional, and attentive. Most of The staff was so rude. From the first day we got there. Calling the Concierge desk from the room went to a person working from home that was son nasty that the supervisor listened to the tape and profusely apologized. The casino. Was do Smokey we couldn’t breathe. We also was charged a resort fee for over $100 for no reason because no amenities were used.

We paid to stay in a upgraded room , an the Bellagio did not disappoint. We heard many great things about the Bellagio , and we were trying experience every bit ( they had more to offer , but we had so little time ) it was amazing. Actually took a min patiently to thank the gentlemen who checked us in with a big smile and a thumbs up , as he looked in our direction for sec ( his smiling face an hands giving the Thank You gesture ) made it more appreciative for the vaues of the Bellagio Definitely paying for the that package was worth the cost.

The lack of staff is apparent. The way to get into the hotel and out is not only cumbersome (due to F1) but also extremely poorly indicated. The room was working but decor is aged.

It stinks!!! The corridor to the room had this trash smell that comes from a service door. The water from the sink had a strange smell too. The room was ok with beautiful view to the fountain.

From check in to check out it was wonderful. At check in, I was asked what my visit was for, when I told her my birthday she said I’ll be right back, and came back with a red rose and chocolates!! The room was so clean m, smelled amazing and nice. The bed was the most comfortable. Everyone that worked there was so nice. I highly recommend this place.

Very bad experience! Drive from LA to Vegas! Got there around 1:15 pm & could not make it to our Hotel till passed 4 pm due to Formula 1! But the reason was the people who were in touch had no clue what was going at all & kept sending us around same circles over & over! * Check In was smooth & Courteous! * Room quality was so so so poor * Towels in our room were Torn! Unreal * First night heater did not work & we were freezing! No extra blankets in the room! We slept with our coats on! * The TV remote did not work! First 2 days * on Friday we left room around 1 pm & came back to our room a little before 8 pm & room was not made! Just a disaster of a trip! We asked to get credit for first night & they said, we need to contact Expedia! Before We contact AMEX, let us know, if you can resolve this please🙏

Was very disappointed in the Spa. Gave us wrong information and didn’t make up for it. They just “apologize” for the miscommunication. It was upsetting because i was there as part as my birthday.
