I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience, but I believe a few small improvements could really elevate the guest service. It would be wonderful if complimentary water was offered to guests upon arrival or in the rooms, as this small gesture makes visitors feel more welcomed and cared for. Additionally, providing brochures or vouchers that clearly list available activities, restaurants, and shows would be very helpful — especially for guests who are new to the area and the hotel and looking for recommendations on where to go and what to do. This would not only improve the guest experience but also make planning much easier during the stay. With a few thoughtful touches like these, the hotel could create an even more comfortable and memorable experience for its guests. Overall look wise hotel was beautiful.

Room was beautiful. Staff great. The only problem was with Lagos Italian Restaurant. Terrible service. Chair broke and injured one of our party. Food was terrible and cold. Waiter was really bad.
