Staff were exceptional (even though, due to the holiday, it likely wasn't the normal crew). There was no way to get the room completely dark--bright lights out in parking lot and street--I prefer complete darkness to sleep. VERY glad I did the pre-check-in online. Only spent about two minutes at the hotel desk. Noticed that those who hadn't done pre-check-in spent much longer. Expedia should strongly recommend it to everyone.

The sheets were unwashed, we had to change rooms which was an inconvenience. Breakfast had limited healthy options. The yogurt offered was filled with sugar, there was just one cow milk option, the only fresh fruit were bananas and apples.
