Great location in Las Vegas to stay. Some of the staff members at the bars weren’t very friendly. However one individual named Shawn at the lounge was amazing!!!! He was very pleasant, the other not as much.

Upon accessing my room for the first time, I found that both one side of the toilet and the shower floor were soiled. I called Guest Service simply asking if both could be cleaned (I didn't think it was necessary to change rooms). The staff member I spoke with apologized and offered to send someone immediately to address the issue. When I returned to the room 2 hours later (and after housekeeping hours), nothing had been cleaned. I cleaned the floor of the shower myself with antibacterial wipes. I then responded to a prompt for a review of my check-in process, explaining what had happened. This prompted a phone call from Guest Services, apologizing again, and offering to clean the room the next morning. Upon returning to my room that afternoon, I could tell that someone had cleaned areas of the bathroom (toilet paper and towels replenished) but the side of the toilet that faces the shower was still soiled. I gave up on notifying Guest Services at that point.

Air conditioning wasn’t working. Had maintenance in my room two different times to repair a TV. They wasn’t able to get it working. Light in the hallway wasn’t working. This was an upgraded room. Charged all these resort fees and upgraded fees and the only amenities I used on the property wasn’t even working. Customer service didn’t want to help. My only option was to transfer to another room an hour before I needed to leave for a show. I had to rush and pack my husband and my belongings down to another room. Barely made it to my event. I wasn’t able to get cleaned up in 107 degree weather because I had maintenance in and out of my room for over an hour. I spent over 2 1/2 hours of my afternoon dealing with this. It was a major inconvenience and they only wanted to comp me $25.00. I was able to get one night of resort fees waive after I went to the front desk and spent another 1/2 hour complaining. I forgot to mention, the room they transferred me to was smaller and a down graded room from my previous room but I was still charged the upgraded fee. I have stayed here multiple times but I think my next visit will definitely be somewhere else.
