The room was great . The first night was great. Hotel was clean. This was a “low season” not busy. Very quiet. UNTIL the hotel decided to put a room full of party hardy right next door to us! They were so loud and partied all night long. ONE ROOOM DOWN would have made sense. But when the hotel capacity was probably less than 10% this really bothered me THEY COULD HAVE CHOSEN ANY ROOM TO PUT THEM IN ON THAT FLOOR BUT THEY PUT THEM RIGHT NEXT DOOR IS INFURIATING. Because we specifically upgraded to a higher floor to not have this!!!

The hotel is clean which I appreciate. Staff is great. Price is right. Downside is you can hear the people in the next room and I had two separate groups while my stay there in which I had to call the front desk for noise well into the middle of the night. I guess my reservation I was suppose to receive a 150.00 visa gift card and the front desk upon checking in didn’t let me know that so I never received it. Huge bummer.

This was my first time in Vegas and I pick this hotel because the room space and it looks great for me and my family,but we currently had a good morning sleep because they were doing some construction un the floor over my room that was very bad the nuise,i have a few videos where you can listen the big noice,even the lamp on my side of the bed was vibrating, we arrived late from miami and around 8 am start the crazy noise ,I don't know how or why the hotel stuff put us in this situation, my kids and wife and mw we current sleep well,they told me about the contractions at the front desk but the never told me how close I have then working,this is insane, I spend my first time ever in vegas and look what happened, I don't recommend this hotel specifically when the hotel staff dosent care about they guess, I could always show another place and spent my money where is calm and nice,I will never come back to this hotel Again
