Everything was great perfect for our family or multiple families. We stayed in the two bedroom suite. The hotel itself was very clean. The location was convenient.Quiet end of the strip staff was friendly room was cleaned every day if you wanted it.

Overall, it is a good hotel. Since there is no casino, it is very suitable for family stays. However, the check-in process felt inconvenient because of the extra time spent introducing vouchers and other offers. It was also uncomfortable that the path toward the parking area passed through a smoking zone.

I never received any housekeeping service after repeated reminder to front desk via message. Frustated experience. I was provided false explanation for why housekeeping was not done. Never expected this from Hilton grand vacations.

Room was clean and I needed more towels so I texted the staff and they came in a few minutes. The service is great. I would definitely stay here again. Oh and I was super impressed with their elevators! I can't remember being in an elevator that was so smooth and extremely fast.
