Terrible stay. Staffs were not helpful, rude and tried to sell the membership! They overcharged my bills and i have been trying to call their front deck but no one reply till now! Very disappointed, i will never ever stay at this hotel again.

The male check in staff member was abrupt, spoke rapidly reeling off information in a manner that was difficult to understand and no pauses for questions. He omitted to inform us of offers and concessions as part of our stay and only found out by chance the day before we left. Not a satisfactory check in. However the room was adequate and spacious though did find trash under one of the bedside tables likely from a previous guest. Did not use any of the rooms amenities apart from fridge and kettle. Unfortunately on our last night a festival was set up outside our room and the noise was so loud. It felt like our room was vibrating. The pool was closed initially due to inclement weather but opened when weather permitted. Area could do with some TLC was quite rundown. Good location on direct line for Deuce Bus.

This hotel is very clean and inviting. Fast check-in experience. The hot breakfast served in carryout containers at the pool was a little strange. But it was a windy day if that mattered... My only complaint is I was told my room was not too far from the elevators, when in fact it was the second to last at the furthest end of the hallway.
