The room was fantastic and the hotel staff was very nice. There was some construction noise that was very disruptive one morning, and neither the Signature staff nor Jet Luxury Staff had any info on when it might stop or if it might continue all weekend, but they did offer to move us if we wanted. I love that there was no housekeeping coming and going throughout our stay. Who needs housekeeping when you're only there 4 days. We can make our bed and reuse towels. It was a very nice stay - highly recommend.

It was AMAZING!! I had a kitchen that I used while I was there. The pool was beautiful and the lazy river was great. With poolside bar/food. My views were great! I’m definitely going back next year!! I stayed for 3 days. Next time, I’m staying for a week.

The main reasons I booked here was the kitchen area and the bathroom. The shower was separated from the bathtub with a jacuzzi (which I only used once because it was a housekeeping fee to clean it plus it was to small for 2 adults). The free valet parking was awesome.The room had a few cosmetic issues as well as possible electrical ones. The carpet had some stains on it, the night stands had no charging outlets near the bed, the drape corner of one drape near the center was dangling letting in a portion of sunlight (good thing we were on the 10th fl), no housekeeping unless you pay a fee (except for clean washclothes, towels and trash removal which required calling an outside entity), the closet was not really functional due to the clothes bar being so low and safe in middle with only one door opening. The fridge needs an upgrade. The bulb over the toilet was not working. When I called the front desk I was given a different number to address maintenance issues. The maintenance man, Ramon, came to replace the bulb over toilet. While Ramon was there I inquired about exhaust vent also not working but he said it was just an air vent, then I showed him the wall controlls for the window treatments that were not working, he stated he would mention it, as if a new maintenance order would be needed or maybe it was a job too big for him? Then it clicked why the guy checking us in empasized our unit 10-718 was predetermined by a 3rd party since we did not book directly with Jet Luxury.
