First, I booked a non-smoking room, but the room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. I reported this to the front desk, and they said someone would come to clean and remove the odor, but no one ever came to address the issue. Second, the desk lamp in the room was broken. Since I needed it for drawing, the lamp was very important to me. I called the front desk to request a repair, but even after two hours, no one came. I then went to the front desk twice in person to ask for assistance, yet the problem was still not fixed. Third, the shower water in the bathroom was cold and the water pressure was very weak. I felt extremely cold after taking a shower. Overall, this was a very poor experience. The service quality at the front desk was extremely disappointing. I will not stay at this hotel again in the future.

The staff in the hotel was extra friendly, no problems there the hotel in general was not bad even though I paid for the upgraded room or the remodeled the rugs were stained. The air condition did not work well they had to go up to the room and change the unit. We spent two nights sweating. The only good thing is that they’re building the resorts right up to the stratosphere which is changing the environment around the resort be aware that for at least two blocks until you walk deeper into the strip you are not in a very good neighborhood other than that we enjoyed ourselves. We are not trying to talk negative about the resort you could tell that they’re trying really hard and I’m glad that Vegas is working hard and pushing these bad neighborhoods off the strip I guarantee you that once the resorts make it all the way to the stratosphere they will be having to deal less with the people around that make their resort look bad and like I said, don’t misunderstand this review the resort in general is not bad. It’s the surrounding area. I give it less than two years before they clean all of that up.

The customer service was worst. We booked room via Expedia and we were over charged. Once we checked into the room, we tried to connect to WiFi and it worked for half hour and then nada for the next 2 days. I tried to calling the front desk from my room but there was no response. Tried couple more times and there was no use.
