The check in process was smooth, however there was a surprise deposit. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean, housekeeping came to clean and change the bedding daily. They also came whenever I called and requested additional cleaning or items. Overall it was a good stay. I will be returning when I come back to Vegas.

Reserved a newly renovated room but did not appear to be newly renovated. The hotel is a little run down and elevator wait times were awful. Check in took forever and it was very late when we arrived. The air conditioner in the room did not work very well at all. Maintenance even came to look at it but no change. Frankie at the tower freeze location was very nice and I appreciated his service.
