My first night at this hotel I found out our room had bed bugs.. I called front desk to notify them they said they would call me asap and they never did. We left this hotel due to so many beg bugs in our room.

Spring break

Check in & out was fast & easy they also have kiosk. The hotel room & size was decent & clean. We got 2 queen size bed & it has a sofa..so u got a mini living room. I didn’t noticed when I booked at Orleans that the room doesn’t come with coffee maker nor small fridge. Parking is free & lots of space. Swimming pool was nice, good music & they have a lifeguard on duty. We’ll definitely recommend or go back to this hotel.
