Casino was very good! Lady helped me navigate the tables and slots, but then they would as you are spending money! Stayed at this hotel a few years ago, and they had a convenient free shuttle bus to the strip. This has now been scrapped. This means you have to find a public bus to take you to the strip, and hotel is not near the strip. A bit dated in it's appearance. could do with a bit of an update. Check in staff were not friendly at all. Went back an hour later to ask if there was a safety deposit box in the room, and were told very rudely "all rooms have a safe" There certainly wasn't one on the room, unless it was so well disguised or had some superpower's invisible shield protecting it! Man in shop was also not at all friendly, so put the products I was buying, back on the shelf.

I really like the Orleans Casino because it’s not too big and feels comfortable without all the excess of the other Casino’s on the strip. The pool area is especially comfortable with affordable drink prices. Really enjoy the hot dog cart on the weekends.

The only problem was they only came by to clean my room once in a 6 day stay. I only had the do not disturb sign on the door for one day. So I expected my room to be cleaned on the other days.

Blood stains on bed skirt & blood splatter stains on ceiling. Changed rooms & 2nd room was very dusty, bed sheets must have also been dirty since hubby got an infection causing fever & chills, he had to go urgent care to get antibiotics

Last visit to Orleans

Tub and sink were clogged all 5 days even after asking to be fixed. Grass was being cut by the pool area at 7 am Saturday morning my only day off. Will be last visit there.

Shady area of vegas, but it was a cheap offering. Blankets were stained and very thin. Gym is not 24 hours - how can one eat, drink gamble and smoke 24/7 but there are hours for a workout?

They didn’t clean our room or replace towels for almost a week. The rooms seem dirty and we were bitten by mosquitoes in the room. The room never felt clean.

I liked that it was walking distance to the Arena for the concert that I went to. It has plenty of things to do without having to leave the hotel. What I didn't like was that it was a bit far from the strip.
