Initially did not receive the room I booked, was placed in one without a window. Didn’t know this hotel even had rooms like that, staff was helpful and able to switch our room to one with a window that we had originally booked. Not a lot of breakfast areas other than mcdonald’s or starbucks. Surrounding area somewhat sketchy, lots of homeless, drug users, broken glass and trash even during the day. The hotel itself was very nice and staff was fun to gamble with!

Room carpet is well worn for being newly renovated. We upgraded our room on arrival. The view was of the roof top and tower structure. Was across from elevators so was a little noisy. Limited dinning places unless you walk. Cafe food was ok.

This was unfortunately one of my least favorable stays in Las Vegas. My sister checked in earlier from a different location, and when my son and I arrived later that evening, we were just ready to settle in and rest. However, once we got to our room, I noticed several issues right away — the room wasn’t clean, the shower grout was dirty, there was hair in the bathroom, no shower gel, a broken ironing board, trash left behind from previous guests, and the television didn’t work. I tried calling the front desk but decided to go down in person to explain the situation. The receptionist said she would place a work order for the television but seemed to dismiss my other concerns as unimportant, which was disappointing. Eventually, maintenance confirmed that the TV couldn’t be repaired, and I was told we would need to move to another room. But to make matters worse, I was informed that I couldn’t receive a new room key until I packed up everything and checked out of the current room — meaning I had to wake my exhausted son, who had been traveling all day and was already in his pajamas, just to relocate. Overall, this experience was extremely inconvenient and frustrating. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to improve the level of care and attention given to guests in the future.
