Room was old smelled musty and the bed had a dip in it didn’t rest at all but over all the hotel was nice it was just the room i was expecting atleast motel 6 not even that it was worse than a motel

Rooms did not look like anything advertised. They took away towel and didn't give clean wash cloths. The faucet was loose and the wood on the bathroom sink was hanging off underneath the sink. They only made up one bed and only once.

Staff was courteous. Room had no soap, wash or hand towels. No mat for after shower. I spent 4 days and room never refreshes. Asked housekeeper who passed my room for new towels and pillowcases. Took a smoking room cause I arrived a little early. Dont do it. Eyes irritated the whole time and wasnt allowed to change rooms. Also paying $20 a day for parking on top of resort fee is stupid. Pool was closed, what was the resort fee for?

Clean room, staff was all nice & helpful. The only thing was the furnace would let off this loud ass bang every 30mins, it would jump us out of our sleep it was so loud, Then when we drained the tub the shower started backing up & it smelled so bad. We felt safe, easy hotel to get around.

Great value and discounts throughout the property (20% off restaurant bill at Top of the World with stay). Courteous and engaging staff from check-in to rewards desk and service. Received $25 slot voucher offer which was fun. Comfortable king bed in Vegas Tower (newly renovated). Affordable and reasonably priced breakfast option. Took in the show which was top quality and the tower views of Vegas are unmatched.

We had a very disappointing stay. The front desk girl was rude upon check-in, which already set a bad tone. We specifically reserved a non-smoking room, but when we arrived we were told that only smoking rooms were available even though our booking confirmed non-smoking. When we got into the room, the smell was overwhelming and clearly from smoke. Which made our hotel stay and sleep AWFUL. On top of that, the sink was clogged, and the overall room cleanliness was very poor. It did not feel clean or well-maintained at all. They didn’t even provide hand soap. This was probably the worst hotel experience we’ve had. We will never book here again and would not recommend this hotel to others.

The Stratosphere Hotel in Vegas is seriously underrated! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and friendly, which made the whole stay even better. The pool area was so much fun and surprisingly very family-oriented. It had a great vibe without feeling overwhelming, and it was perfect for both relaxing and having a good time. There are also plenty of great food options right at the hotel, so you don’t even have to leave the property to find something delicious. Overall, such a great experience — clean, fun, and welcoming. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Vegas!

• King bed more like queen bed • No room service • Mold inside the lampshade by the tv (forgot to take picture) • Tv old as heck and no mini fridge • Room has motel vibes • Key card lags • Elevator looks so old and shakes • Don't walk alone once it starts getting dark • Fire alarm is so dusty hasn't been fully cleaned • Doors slam when closing • Non- smoking area smelled like cigarettes I did not try the restaurant inside the hotel since it didn't have good reviews (strat cafe). I went across the street to aztec inn casino it has a cafe in there, seems a little run down but the food was really good and great customer service. I did online check in so i didn't wait long to get my key card.Front desk was professional and helpful but I don't think I'll be booking here again unless its absolutely necessary.
