Nice place really like it but these Resort fees are ridiculous on top of having to pay for parking $40 a night. You would think with the economy and how Vegas is in a slump somewhat that they would waive some of this stuff

From reviewing the rooms available on the Expedia site we were under the impressed we would be put in a renovated room. Unfortunately we were not. We did however end up staying in a smoking room on the 22nd floor. The room hadn't been updated, the furniture was less then to be desired as the tables had burn marks, the nightstand was missing parts of the bottom and the light fixtures were actually broken. The bathroom had tape on the curtain rod to hold the curtain in place, my fiance had to unclog the tub bc it wouldn't drain. The smell of the room was absolutely horrible, the floor we were on in general smelled bad. The staff was absolutely amazing however. Not likely to stay there again unless we book through the hotel themselves.

In reviewing my portfolio, I saw that I was charged a >$500 for a smoking violation. Instead of being able to do a quick mobile checkout, I had to stand in line at checkout and wait for a Supervisor. She was extremely rude and combative about the charge and the exchange was so unpleasant that I swear that I will never stay here again. The charge was evidently based on in-room monitoring, which means their equipment is faulty. I believe they intentionally tried to get away with charging me more for something I did not do.
