Everything was horrible the entire hotel smelled like cigarettes, there is no services in this hotel . In my room my cellphone said SOS the entire time. The WiFi in hotel never worked.

Hey, the property I advertise a $53 a night room there. Just going down to see my granddaughters so I just needed to spend the night didn’t really care about gambling or anything. That being said I get there and it’s a hard cell to upgrade the room to a suite. The guy asked me like four times and said that was really the point of the ad was to get you here and then you know you’re supposed to upgrade. They also didn’t talk about the no vaping policy then they add $600 to your bill and claim that their sensors in their room, be careful.
