There was never any hot water, cold the first morning and tepid the rest of the time. Our friends in the next room said the same thing. The staff in bars a restaurants were great though.

The room had many things that were falling apart. Like the bathroom door did not fully close. The toilet paper dispenser was falling off so i had to take the tp off with the fear of it breaking off. There was a lot of dust on the furniture which made me skeptical. It fulfilled its purpose overall though. We had an ok place to stay and the staff was kind at check in.

I booked an accessible room because my husband was in a motorized chair, our bathroom was DEFINITELY NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE. We do not travel so we didn’t know that we could have complained. No coffee maker in the room? Seriously we thought ALL hotels had that amenity!! Our daughters had 3 x the size bathroom we did. VERY VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!!!

as soon as you walk in the entrance your blasted with the smell of smoke. don’t recommend for children or people with compromised medical conditions. Rooms were nicely renovated, but the showers were set up weird only having half the shower covered and no shower curtain. also lots of doors of other rooms slammed shut, causing us to wake throughout the night. Concierge welcomed us and helped us check in and was super friendly!
