I did not like the fact that, i was discriminated against because of my race, as they are doing to alot of black and brown people. I reserved a newly renovated room. Only to be given a ran down room, located in the back of the casino. With disgusting carpet, broken bed that sunk to the floor while sleeping. Weed smoke filled hallway.I observed the staff pre judging people and putting certain people in this secton.tried to speak to management got run around. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone! We will never stay there again!!

The hotel room was great and so was the property l. My issues come with the staffs ability not communicating certain fees and deposits. I was aware of the resorts fees but the extra 300 security deposit was not discussed when I booked. Also I did not realize that that initial charge would show on my account and take out the amount but never actually feel that I have received the deposit back but one single charge 8 days later where it looks my account had insufficient funds when I came back with more then enough money in the account to not go negative. Please have them explain slowly and clearly to their guest and in proper English. Also had 3 different issues with my room key due to having bad batteries in the door on a “new renovated” room.
