The TV was broken. The picture frame was broken. And due to staff shortages maintenance was unable to come look at it. On a fight night, especially we should be making sure the TV works at a bare minimum.

This was a nightmare, absolutely dismal room. Booked a Classic Grand Suite....when it was awful I was told...it's a classic... like an original room from when it was built...what? The Expedia ad clearly stated newly renovated rooms. It was ugly, no wall art, except two identical pictures in the main room. It had no usb ports for charging, though the gift shop offered them for $32...the shelf in the bathroom was broken, the towels fell right onto the toilet. There was one hard couch and two hard back dining room chairs. Even the drapes had holes in them. When speaking with the front desk they said there was nothing they could do because I booked the ouch Expedia! What? The last of 3 nights even the TVs did not work in either room. Lastly the bathroom smelled like gas... yes gas... I was afraid to go to sleep and not wake up. After fixing the bathroom shelf while we are out they left a major long screw in the middle if the floor.... no bueno all the way around!!! Stay away from Stratosphere. We just got home and we will never stay there again!!

The Strat Hotel offers great aesthetics, kind and accommodating staff, and good on-site amenities, which made for an overall pleasant first impression. However, there are some significant areas that need improvement. The rooms do not include microwaves, which was a major inconvenience and should be considered a basic amenity, especially for guests staying multiple days. Additionally, the internet service was extremely unreliable and essentially unusable throughout my stay. This was a serious issue, as I was traveling for business purposes and missed several important meetings due to the lack of functional Wi-Fi. I was forced to rely on my phone’s hotspot, which was both inconvenient and unacceptable for a business traveler. While the hotel has many positives, reliable internet and basic in-room amenities are essential, and their absence significantly impacted my stay.

The sheets were threadbare and had holes in them. They were clean, but clearly shouldn’t be in use. The bed runner was stained very bad with smears of something. The fridge wasn’t cold. Overall, a substandard experience.

Our second bed had a broken base board, maintenance came to doubke check in person cause me telling then wasnt sufficient.. until then still they wanted me to continue losong out on sleep while they went to the warehouse to find a replacement board instead of just moving us.. they finally did change our room a very small stinky room. I'll never sfay here again.
