Was supposed to be a premium room but seemed a little run down, too small for king bed, no soap of any kind at sink, had to walk into shower to get soap from dispenser, poor view (roof), internet sometimes worked but mostly didn’t, but at least was quiet.

The hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating, had a bad blow dryer and issue with the room safe, and the staff replaced the blow dryer and addressed the safe issue with great professionalism. However my only issue was the surrounding area of the hotel, the area was not one I felt safe walking to and from places, and wish I had researched this a bit more. The observation deck/tower was nice, view was beautiful. The casino was quite fun. This was my first time in Vegas, so I have some lessons learned, I would stay here again just cause of the staff being so friendly.

We upgraded to the best suite they had and I was not impressed. I feel like for the amount of money I paid they could’ve done necessary repairs to the room. I know that this hotel is not a 5 star hotel but I did expect more because there are newly renovated rooms they advertise. We stay here every time we come but this was our first time in a suite. Because we upgraded we had to wait for our room to be ready, after 2 hours I asked if they had an ETA, the woman told me it was ready an hour after I upgraded but no one texted me. Regardless I do love this hotel because it is very low key compared to the hotels on the strip. I appreciated the amount of security presence because there are a lot of homeless people who frequent the strat looking for half smoked cigs etc. smoking outside alone I knew I would get approached by the homeless but I felt safe because security is every where.
