There was a very high pitched whine in the bathroom... didn't want to stay in there too long. Maybe the pressure of the plumbing, being on the 16th floor??? Otherwise, we enjoyed being at the Strat tremendously.

Couldn’t sleep because the air conditioner in the room was so loud. The wifi never worked, most of the time the tv could connect to the router. The room was entirely outdated & our room key only worked on certain elevators, so half the time we would get stuck on different levels for 20 minutes+.

Our family trip of 5 was amazing. After reading reviews I was very hesitant to stay. The hotel was huge, and we also had dinner at PT’s. Everything was great. If you are looking for a high end stay, this is not your hotel! We stayed for a week, every single day room service was in. Beds were comfy, bathroom was neat. Rooms were exceptionally clean. Friendly staff. Area around the hotel was not ideal, however we realized almost all of Las Vegas is similar. Nobody bothered us, we used the parking garage which was easy to access. If you have a group it makes this stay much easier.

Within walking distance of Carl's Jr, Dennys and IHOP. Bus stop to the Duece strip bus right outside Casino rear doors. 1st time staying at the Strat and nicely renovated it seems.

I will never stay there again. People fighting next door to us. Our first room was very bad . Things in the room didn’t work. So we were moved, and we needed to call for security because of the people fighting next to our room… very noisy. It had a bad smell.

I think it is generally acceptable, but the room was hot because the A/C was not working properly..I mentioned it in the registration desk but it continued the same the next night, I also don't understand why I had to pay for parking if I stayed at the hotel for two days. I think it should be free for guests. On my next trip I'll think about I choose the Strat hotel or not.

When we arrived at customer service we were told that we were not going to get the room we paid for b/c it was a first come first serve basis, which is not true especially when that room was already paid for. So instead we got a room that had a broken thermostat, had to spend the first night in a warm next to hot room. We went back to customer service. Waited in line as we were next in line another couple jumped the line and they were served first and we tried to talk with the gentlemen behind the desk and he ignored us completely. So we got OUR originally room that we paid for after requesting for a new room. Needless to say some customer service reps need to be more respectful to the customer since that is the standard rule is to Kind courteous and polite too all customers especially how we can take our business elsewhere in Vegas.
