-The room: No clock radio, the safe didn’t work, the coffee pot didn’t work, no bath tub after the lady at the front desk said there was. The bath tub and hand wash station sink could not drain; bath tub 2-3 hours and the sink 15-25 minutes. -The staff: The First Lady at the front desk was terrible. She wore a COVID-19 face mask and you couldn’t hear or understand her. She provided mis information regarding parking fees and the rooms that were incorrect. The manager continuously lied to us. (Her way or the highway) Terrible, terrible Stay. Ken Ast -The Amenities: One day the cleaning lady would bring enough towels and hand/feet lotion and the next day, not enough. Very little shampoo. -

The professionalism, courtesy, and politeness of the staff was great. Even the onsite vendors for shows were not aggressive and on point. If you weren't interested they stayed polite. But more so the would remember you, so they wouldn't approach you every time any one of them saw you. A room on my floor got extremely loud with a group arguing. Security was there in minutes. Faster than I had seen at any hotel or resort. Every person working there was ready to help from desk, restaurants, bars, and cleaning service.
