There was so much to be disappointed about this stay. First, let me acknowledge that the rooms were very affordable so I set my expectations accordingly. What I was dissatisfied about was that I paid for an upgraded room, but there were multiple places where the housekeeping staff didn't clean, the carpet was torn up, and the furniture was scuffed. Then, when I went to use the pool they were both closed. Why did I have to pay a resort fee if that wasn't even available? Lastly, I was mugged and my wallet, phone, and ID were stolen. When we went to get a replacement hotel key, complete with my Las Vegas Police Department report, the front desk associate treated ME like I was the criminal. I have been a frequent visitor to the Stratosphere booking through Orbitz; I will NOT be returning.

I do not remember seeing or hearing about breakfast. The area had a lot of sketchy people about. The second we entered we were confronted by a woman luring you into a 15 minute waste of my time to go visit a property (timeshare) I had no interest in and then wanted a $50 deposit to ensure I went and I would get back. Very dissappointed!

When we arrived we were told no 2 beds where available. The first staff member was very short and unconcerned about not having the room we were promised . DO NOT BOOK THROUGH EXPEDIA they liked us less for booking 3rd party. There was 10 other groups trying to check in and they had 1 bed available for groups of 4 or 2 guys. The only reason i got to stay was a long hard fight at 10pm after 24 hours of travel. Once the (very competent) manager arrived she got us in a room with a pullout couch which had to suffice but we got lucky many others where still stuck when we were going to our room The building is a decent place comparable to a holiday inn room wise nothing special but clean and nice casino is newly updated The manager really did save the day here… she had to walk out and damage control all the mess her rude front desk agents made. It was clear this happens often and neither Expedia or the hotel seemed to care or try and resolve it they are still overselling the 2 bedrooms on the app right now I want to stress Expedia was not helpful either and it was more of a damper trying to get anything done because they use the “you booked throuh Expedia talk to them” .. this has been happening more and more lately i intend to review all my stays and explain the benefits of booking directly
