The staff is here is welcoming and polite im blown away by the level of professionalism!!! Way to go team Strat! The gentleman that helped me was Todd by the express check in area, hes an amazing human! Outstanding service and just down right a great guy. I loved my stay here at the Strat.

Check in took awhile. Room was ok but nothing special for an upgraded deluxe room. Bathroom sink smelled bad the entire stay. Housekeeping was barely available so we had to fetch our own towels and stuff we needed with the exception of 2 nights. Felicia from Housekeeping was a blessing and the inly help/service we received. Signed up for rewards program and it was pointless bc every time i presented it i was told some run around that i had to go somewhere else to receive credits. Its so inconvenient its pointless. Lots of staff in casino pushing the sale of event tickets every time you walk anywhere. However the hotel was decorated beautifully, valet was great w friendly staff, top of the world had amazing views and i loved doing the sky jump!!

Honestly, everything was great minus the annoying workers on the casino floor at almost every corner trying to get you to go to a timeshare meeting… I felt like I needed a sticker saying ‘I’ve already heard about the timeshare offer, and I’ll pass’. I fully understand it’s their job, but that was so frustrating! Everything else was awesome! The rooms were good, the food options were good, the cleaning staff were kind. We will be back!
