The view was amazing! The hotel staff is very polite and efficient. Rooms are beautiful so pay a little extra and stay in luxury.

The room is so dim, needs more lighting. It's an old room. We were on the Select Tower. The front desk stuff doesn't even smile, not welcoming at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Be careful booking here. They will charge you and everyone around you a $600 “smoking fee” for no reason. Even if you don’t smoke. The staff was dishonest and unhelpful.

The housekeeper never showed one day. We didn’t get in til 1am so the next day at 3:00 we let them know and they comped us with a gift card and said they’d have someone there shortly. We left the hotel and again got in late to find that the room still hadn’t been cleaned. Done with this place.
