We got to the hotel early, not expecting to get into our room, but the tenant told us right away that we could upgrade and get it into the room now so I did the upgrade and paid it and then she claims to tell me that the room wasn’t ready waited an hour, and then she gave me a room and we walked in and the room was filthy and still had booze and somebody’s shoes and everything in the suite we left the suite and went to a different suite. Still was three hours later for the reason of why we were able to check in early because we upgraded upset that the diner in the food area of the hotel is closed by five and nothing was open during the week Either was the top pool and didn’t know that until we got there . Very unhappy and we’ve stayed there several several several times so we might be choosing another hotel for future.

Dated, very dated. This place is in obvious need of some updates. From the entrance, to the lobby, to the rooms. This was our first visit to Vegas and I wish we would’ve stayed somewhere better. The staff was alright, but they were constantly trying to sell us things which wasn’t pleasant. The room when we got there was gross. Questionable stains on the bedding and headboard. We went back to let them know and they assigned us a different one. It was better but not by much. The area isn’t great. There’s junkies all on the sides of the buildings so I wouldn’t recommend walking at night. If you just want a hotel with no bells and no whistles, this is right for you. It’s not the worst I’ve seen, but I wouldn’t stay again.

The room we originally checked into seemed dirty, there were random hair (mens hair) in the shower, the pint above the shower was bubbling up, there was mold in the corner of the shower. The bathroom had no ventilation system, hence the mold. We went to the front desk the following morning and got a new (upgraded) room. The bathroom in there had a bigger vent but no way to turn on the ventilation, which will eventually result in the same issue as the non upgraded room. Otherwise the stay was nice, the staff is friendly and helpful. Would stay there again, but definitely in one of their "upgraded rooms" right from the get go.

The room my girlfriend and i stayed at had water damage inside the bathroom so there was ripped paint and water pocket holes behind the toilet. Also behind the nightstand there was some shorts left behind from another guest and dust everywhere.

The pool closed at 5. I reserved a suite, it was on the 20th floor and not really a suite. The rude deskman put us in a room that had a intermittant high pitched sound coming from the elevators.

The size of the room was great for what we paid, the view was terrible, I would rather not have windows then to stare at pipes. The mini fridge had items left in it from previous guests and it there was 2 inch thick ice in the freezer. Staff was great, service was fantastic except the people in the lobby trying to sell experiences masked as free vouchers. Very pushy, very unpleasant. Food was fantastic although i had no idea there was a McDonald's in the hotel and ended up going to a different McDonald's on the strip one night. Maybe advertise that a little better. The pool and observation tower were wonderful. I liked that it still had the vegas fewl but less noisy and busy than the strip but the surrounding neighborhood seemed run down and unsafe. Overall I was satisfied with my stay.
