Too many hidden charges. Purpoawly influencing you with cheap rates then charging me with 110$ resort fees for 2 days.. I was playing video poker at the bar when I ordered coffee and charged my $5... I left being ripped off and it will be the last time I ever go there.

The upgrade room was a typical standard room that should have a refrigerator and a coffee maker in it and not have to pay thirty dollars to upgrade your room.Just to have those... The floor was buckling, so it wasn't even put incorrectly, and there was tape on the baseboards.... The beds are hard and uncomfortable... The t v didn't work most of the time because they were doing service or something was going on with the tv.... There was no shampoo, shower or body, wash in the shower.Itself, but there was connections for them to be there... There was no assistance to help you with your bags. If you needed and we did not request any made service.So I cannot comment on that.... The parking situation was another whole issue because we were in a rental but my partner was a Nevada resident. So we had a tough time having the rental taken off of the parking QR Code and removed so that the parking could be free. There was an issue every single day with that, so we ended up just doing vallet the last day.. I was scheduled to stay there for a week but I left two days early.

Rooms were clean. And for 2 of the 6 days we had proper housekeeping and then it seemed they forgot about us. Theres too many crackheads around the property to feel safe. We were followed by a man we had to complain and ask the first valet we saw to escort us inside. Theres no shuttle to the strip, there should be. The pool closed super early, and half the restaurants are closed early. Staff was nice. The event sellers are way too persistant, no means no,and we ended up avoiding that section the whole time..

I would book there again however this stay was not pleasant due to my bathroom light didn't work my entire stay. I reported it several times and was told maintenance will be by to fix. I asked for a new room and was told they will call when one was available. Never got light fixed nor a new room. Very disappointed as I've stayed here the past 3 yrs. 4 days with a non working bathroom light but a damper on my trip. And i missed out on a paid excursion waiting for a new room, but never received it
