The room was clean. The front ofice at check in was rude. I paid for resort fees and the pool was closed therefore no "resort" and $20 a day for parking my rental car. Guests should be able to park free regardless of what license plate is on the car. Front office stated only Nevada residents can park free.The bell service was awesome.

I wasn’t aware that there was a breakfast menu? And I was really unhappy on the first night that I stayed the fire alarm went off for what felt like an hour at 4AM which startled us, of course. It was really hard to fall asleep after that which was super inconvenient because we were going to a 9 AM wedding the next day kind of ruined our whole trip .

Horrible customer service! Desk manager, Tiera, was rude and lacked managerial skills. She didn’t attempt to correct misinformation that a desk clerk gave us, resulting in unavailability of promised late check-out options. She was quick to tell us we could extend our stay another night, yet not able to approve late check out for a fee.
