It was ok for the most part. They could use better and clearer signs on where the check in line starts . And the front desk people could definitely use an attitude adjustment. Overall I’m not sure if I would come back to this hotel, probably not

The room we were put in was a smoking hotel, and we do not smoke at all. All they said was is we could get it deodorized and it did help initially… But when we left all of our clothing smelt of smoke and other illicit substances… I was not expecting that also all of the resort fees that we paid… We never used the pool or the gym due to it being either closed or mediocre

My renovated room exceeded my expectation. The only thing I didn’t have was a microwave, but from my understanding none of the Vegas hotels have microwaves now. The service was impeccable, especially the “0” operators. Looking forward to coming back for the full experience again good job team and the other hotels are overrated. You all are the best.
