One of the rooms had a strong smell of tobacco. It wasn’t fully gone and it was very much an inconvenience due to having to smell everytime we entered the room. We did report it that same night and deodorizer was inout by the property. It helped but not at all. It was smelled when entering the room. Also i was charged twice the same amount of what it should have been for what I had to be charged for two rooms on a deal I reserved through Expedia. My reservation included the price for two rooms already and had paid partial and was supposed to be charged the remaining for property taxes. Also I was told that the deposit would be refunded to me and I didn’t see that in my banking transactions. I wS charged more than what I had reserved too.

My daughter and I went for a concert, we got a newly renovated room and it was critical, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay and even though we got a room with no bite we would return.

Third party issues/ not quick fix

It was the third party situation that made the check in absolutely stressful , terrible and i thought i actually wasn't going to have somewhere to stay Hours back and forth after already waiting since 11 to check in because checking in is at 3
