I booked this hotel for three nights and checked out after the first night around 6:00 a.m. because I did not feel comfortable staying longer. I was later charged for all three nights, even though the front desk staff told me at checkout that I would only be billed for one night.During my stay, the property felt more like long‑term housing than a typical hotel, and the hallways had strong odors of smoke and alcohol. As a solo disabled traveler with a dog, I did not feel safe going outside at night.My room had stained bedding, worn and damaged furniture, poor TV reception, and there was no hot water when I tried to shower around 4:00 a.m. I also saw insects on the walls, which made the room feel unsanitary.In my opinion, the current condition of the property does not match the photos shown online. Because of the cleanliness concerns, maintenance issues, and the billing problem, I would not choose to stay here again.
