Keys wouldn't work in outside doors, all entrances, exits had to be thru the front doors. Staff was as helpful under the circumstances. Oh yes, they didn't have my prepaid reservation either, it was a good thing I brought my email confirmation. The outside doors were at the far end of the hotel and my room in front. Walked all the way down to NOT be able to get in. Door works sometimes they say, sometimes it doensn't. Didnt work at all for us. Won't stay at this location again.

Love that coffee available 24 hrs a day in lobby, along with hot water and cold lemon water. Good hot breakfast. Staff pleasant and efficient. Prefer Hampton Inn's on our journeys.
