Disliked: Cleanliness
This is a duplex unit not a single family unit. There is no access to the thermostat,ie no control of temperature. The kitchen window would not open. Most window screens were not fitted properly to exclude insects. The camers survaliance in the shared laundry room, exterior, and who knows where else, leaves me wondering about the owners.The exterior photos are misleading at best, probably photo shopped to hide the terrible condition of the yard and the trashy neighorhood conditions. Construction debris, 2 x 4s, plywood, broken concrete, general trash including yard waste, garbage and no yard maintance. The knee high weeds were cut once, 4 weeks into our stay. Kitchen was poorly equiped, no toaster, 2 teaspoons, no can opener, broken ice maker without any water having ever been hooked up. Bathroom gfci plug cover was taped to the mirror and fell off while I was there. Obviously not code complianant. I was literally appaled that someone would rent such a disaster.
