Nice area in mountains, not too far off highway. Great attraction across the street. Food and bar inside hotel, however small portions for the price. Pictures of hotel online look nicer than in person. I would still visit again.

You get a glimpse of its previous grandeur but it’s a little less pristine now. But still nice. And very convenient to the park which is really fantastic. The restaurant offerings are meh- but the balcony is lovely for drinks at sunset.

Stay away the staff is toxic to guests!

At check in we were badly treated and insulted by the female front desk person. First when my wife went to the desk at 2:30pm she was told to come back at 3:30pm. We sat and walked around till 3:30pm. At that time again I was told in an extremely rude manner to come back at 4pm. I told the woman she had a very bad attitude . I told her I wanted to speak to the manager and she responded in a very I dont care attitude "I am the manager".She is a very bad representative of the hotel. As we sat in the lobby at virtually the stroke of 4:00pm the desk clerk told us our room was ready! My wife and I have never been treated so poorly at check in. We will never ever stay at a Wyndham property. We would not recommend this property due to the staff!

I paid 250.00 for a room and it was not good. Flooring was bad, no rugs on the hard floor, caulking and painting was noticeably bad, bathroom floor was not pretty, ceiling looked like they painted over water damage. I was hoping for a nice clean place and this was not it.

Motel, not a hotel

I rarely rate hotels, but I want to help others not have the experience my family had. Without going into details, this should be named a motel, not a hotel. Cleanliness, comfort, safety, staff helpfulness… it was all poor.

The property was unique and we loved the convenience to the Natural Bridge State Park. The building is older, which adds to the character, but the furnishing are modern. The staff was amazing! Our only complaint was thatvthe mattress was too firm for our liking. We woke up stiff and sore.
