We booked the Grand Ballroom for an event. The facility added a significant service fee to the what was listed on the pricing sheet. When we arrived to decorate for the event and find stained and extremely wrinkled linens was very disappointing. I took pictures and took one of the tableclothes to the service desk. I shared that we had steamed and even tried to iron the linen and could not smooth out the wrinkles They empathized with the condition, stated that maybe their staff had taken them out of the wrong bin before placement, and that the person in charge of that would not be in until 2 pm. The event was scheduled for 5 pm. We had to use the horrible linens at an elegant event. Their event coordinator did not address the issue of the condition of the linens. I feel that an addituonal service fee would signifying a higher quality of service and customer satisfaction. Apparently issues can only be addressed if their coordinator is scheduled to work in a time frame well before your event.
