Bad check in process

Host did not provide check in code for the room on time, and was unresponsive when I tried to contact them for it. I ended up having to wait around with my luggage as I was planning to enter the room at the advertised check in time.

시설만 좋습니다. 그러나, 최악의 경험

숙소 바닥에 개미들이 많이 살고 있어서 이 숙소를 방문하는 당신의 맨발바닥에는 개미의 시체가 묻을 수 있습니다. 그리고 세탁기에서는 곰팡이 냄새가 나며, 에어컨에서도 물이 떨어집니다. 잠을 자다가 에어컨 물이 입에 들어갔네요. 오랜기간 숙박을 한다고 해도 처음 제공된 타월 1장으로 바꾸는거 없이 사용해야 합니다. 새로운 타월을 받고 싶으면 많은 비용을 내야합니다. 그런데 숙박을 하게된다면 하루에 타월 1장은 제공되어야 하지 않나요? 더 당혹스러웠던 점은 숙소에 머물면서 호스트와 소통이 전혀 닿지 않습니다. 전화번호는 3개가 있으나, 2개는 없는 번호이고, 1개 있는 번호마저 전화, SMS, 왓츠앱 메시지 모두 응답하지 않습니다. 처음에는 주말이어서 그런 줄 알았으나, 평일에도 답변이 없었으며, 체크아웃 하는 그 순간까지 답변이 없었습니다. 그리고, 체크인 할 당시에는 기본적으로 방의 환기가 되어있어야 하지 않나요? 저희가 체크인 한 뒤, 직접 환기를 하기 전까지는 먼지냄새가 굉장히 심했습니다.

Muito boa estrutura e bem confortável

Podem fechar sem medo, pois o apartamento possui excelente conforto, equipamentos e super bem localizado. Único ponto é a questão do checkin, pois o anfitrião demorou a responder, mas deu certo no final. Enfim. Super recomendo a estadia.

Good but not perfect

Location is very good with just a few minutes walk to Metro. A Lidl Supermarket is also just a few minutes walk away. My apartment was nice but there are something that need to be fixed. It was not possible to sit and eat at the dinner table because the chairs need to be replaced. There are no hooks to hang for example your jacket. It's small things like this that makes me not give the perfect mark. Also in the room description it says daily cleaning. I was there for 6 days and there was absolutely no cleaning at all in my apartment. that was not a problem at all for me but maybe for someone else. I would not hesitate to come back to this place!
