Huoneisto on T3 fantastinen 180 m2, joka voi kestää jopa 6 henkeä, yksityisellä ulkoterassilla, joka sijaitsee yhdellä naapurimaiden tunnelmallisimmista kaduista, ”Rua do Diario de Noticias”. Sisäänkäynti on yksi sen erilaisista ja erottuvista, ei korkeista rakennuksista, joissa ei ole hissiä, ja tavallisesti kaupallisella tilalla pohjakerroksessa. Tässä tapauksessa pieni baari, joka johtaa "portugalilaisen tapaksen" ravintolaan, joka kannattaa kokeilla.

Great family-friendly apt centrally located

Lovely stay here with great check-in, great communication and accommodating staff. The apt was cleaned well and was comfortable for our family of 6, two seniors, two adults and two young children 3 and 5. It’s a one floor walk-up but wasn’t an issue. The street is quiet during the day but super rowdy and lovely at night. There are sound-proof windows so the noise was not an issue. Location is great and walking distance to most things we did. Of note, it’s a bit challenging to get around the city with a stroller but we did it a couple times. Overall, a great stay and would recommend!

Lisbon Apartment

We have mixed reviews about the apartment. I'll start with the positives. The apartment was spacious for a family of 6 adults. Two of the three bedrooms had an attached bath, and the 3rd very small bedroom had use of a hallway bath. The kitchen had the basics needed for a comfortable stay. We were given a bottle of water, milk, juice and a few coffee pods which was nice to start the trip. This apartment is on a street that has a few bars and restaurants, and it is quite lively in the evening. There were shutters that helped block the noise, so even though it was really noisy outside, we were fine inside. Now for the not so good. The smaller suite was disappointing as the bed was super uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in the mattress. Additionally, the air conditioner in that room was dripping water. We were 'lucky' because one couple left early, so the people sleeping in that room were able to move the the small bedroom to get some sleep. I honestly don't know that the 3rd couple would have stayed if they were not able to switch bedrooms. We couldn't find any extra garbage bags or paper towels, so that was disappointing. It would have been nice to be able to take out the garbage at least once during the stay.

Heading to the Camino

This property was perfect for 4 friends getting together before we set off to walk the Camino. The apartment is spacious and each room has its own bathroom. We had some issues with two of the showers not draining properly and informed the host upon checkout. The host was disappointed that they didn’t know earlier so they could fix the issue - that was nice. Overall an excellent stay in an excellent location.

Good overall with some issues

Overall good apartment with a lot of space. We were 3 couples and there is enough space for all of us. Apartment is in restricted neighborhood and we were not able to drive to apartment and have to walk 3 blocks with our luggage on cobble street. Residents have special card that allows to drive in that neighborhood but we were not given that card. Taxi have permit but not Uber. Another thing - there are restaurants on the street and it's pretty loud till 3 am. It's OK when windows are closed. Kitchen were lacking some basic stuff like plates and wine glasses.

Fantastic Home

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this truly spectacular home. This was the 3rd and final location we stayed at during our family vacation in Portugal. It was hands down - our favorite place on so many levels. From initial booking to check out - management was extremely attentive, professional and kind. All bedrooms had comfy mattresses and linens - something we did not experience at our 2nd location. The living area was perfect for relaxing as a family after dinner to watch tv or hang out and talk - very inviting and super comfortable. Although we dined out - the kitchen is fully equipped should you wish to stay in and cook meals at home. If you do stay in, there is a bright and cheerful dining room next to the kitchen with a large table to accommodate your family or friends. A huge thank you to William and team from Gem Management for communicating with us so professionally throughout the entire process. William was at the property to greet us with a warm smile when we arrived at the property - thanks for making us feel so at home. We could not have asked for a better experience or stay in Lisbon. Loved Master Deco Gem

It really was a Gem! In the heart of all the action. Walk out the door and the restaurants and bars lined the streets. Great energy. The Portuguese people were very warm and friendly. We were concerned about possible noise, but the windows really are sound proof! The beds were comfortable but could definitely use more pillows. Overall we were very happy with the accommodations.

4 adults stayed here for 2 nights (1 was a couple sharing a room). I wished we had stayed longer. The area is very busy with tons of restaurants and bars and people, however we could not hear any of it inside the apartment which was wonderful. Bruno was waiting at the apartment to check us in and he was awesome. Not only did they give us coffee pods, but they also left milk and juice for us, what a wonderful touch. We were travelling 5 cities in 14 days and each time we would have to find milk and/or sugar so this was exceptional service. Unfortunately this was at the end of our trip and wished we had stayed a few more days in this great apartment in an awesome area of town.

Lovely apartment in Bairro Alto

I came to visit Lisbon with my husband and 3 friends, all in our 60s. We found this charming apartment in the heart of the Bairro Alto neighborhood. We didn’t realize it was a very busy area with a very active and vibrant nightlife, full of restaurants and bars. It was packed with people partying in the narrow streets at night. We were worried about the noise, but it was amazingly well soundproofed and the windows blocked out all the noise! Many good restaurants and places to hear Fado music in walking distance. The location was really great! The spacious apartment was nicely furnished with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, a kitchen stocked with dishes and utensils, and comfortable living room and dining room. Only problem was the appliances didn’t work well, like the dishwasher didn’t really clean the dishes, and clothes washer/dryer which had a broken handle, and didn’t dry the clothes well. But there was a nice big drying rack and our clothes dried quickly in the air. We also found the beds very hard and could have used more pillows. The bedrooms had lots of closets and drawers and the bathrooms were roomy. Overall it was a comfortable place in a great location with lots of room and reasonably priced.

Close to everything

Really good property which is close to everything particularly bars and places to eat. If you like the night life this street is party central on Saturday, however the noise doesn't disturb in the apartment. Check in was easy and the staff were very helpful, particulary Joao. Although there were some problems with the electrics and plumbing it didn't put us out at all. overall a really good apartment and we would definitely use again
