Breakfast was not free we had to pay 12.5 Euros each. Staff could have given us more information on check in. Eg don't turn off main switch of lighting in the room otherwise we would not be able to charge phones etc.

Very poor service by the young girl on arrival when my wife and I were checking in had us waiting for over half an hour as she claimed we hadn’t booked when eventually all she meant was we hadn’t paid the taxes. At this point it was pays 9pm and we were tired and was prepared to pay another £500 for a room due to her incompetence. Her colleague had a strong exchange with her and she should be trained before she is allowed to work. Will never return!

The rooms were simple and clean. The $12 breakfast was not worth it, but there was no place nearby to eat except a supermarket. I would spend a little extra next time and get something a little less industrial looking.

The staff did a great job. The hotel is clean. It’s a pretty basic quick stay airport hotel. Breakfast was okay, simple. The parking may be a touch challenging if you have a car. But everything was fine. Good value overall.

I reached out to the hotel to ask for a check in around noon even though check in is at 2 PM. It was not available which I understand. The issue I had was when we went to our room at 2:01 it was obvious that the room had been ready for hours. It was simply poor service. The other issue I had was the staff simply put your room number and entry code on a piece of paper. Should you lose this anyone who found it could enter your room. Not at all what I expected from a European hotel or any hotel for that matter. The room was fine but the pillows were in a word awful and needed replacing. As well one of the glasses in the bathroom had a piece missing that I did not notice until after I had used it once. This would be a hotel I would not choose again or suggest others choose. The only thing it had going for it was proximity to the airport.

10 minute walk from Oriente large shopping mall Basic but spotlessly clean airport hotel. Great shower, great breakfast.5 minutes from quiet metro stop for direct access to Lisbon center We stayed as it was clise to Camino route & our bags could be moved on from there Staff very helpful regarding luggage Would stay again

property and staff were fabulous - however there really was nothing near it for miles - you needed to uber, bus or drive to get anywhere interesting. there was a large supermarket with a cafe down the road, which is handy - but glad I was only there one nite.
