Modern hotel. Basic room but clean and comfortable for an overnight stay. Desk team friendly and helpful. Room was overly warm when I arrived and I was not able to cool it down sufficiently to get the best nights sleep. Other than that it was great value for money and in a great location just 5mins from Oriente station and 10mins from the airport.

Overall I would give this hotel an OK - rooms were very modern - beds were soft - pillows were terrible - biggest complaints - could not regulate room temperature- it was far too warm - you could open the window but there was no screen and very Close to a major highway so quite noisy - room was extremely sparse - could not even get an ice bucket - would not recommend ☹️ - zero amenities- not great value

Super easy to get to the airport (2stops) and downtown (7stops) with metro station only a 5 minute walk, nice area of city, felt safe walking around.

The check-in took 40 minutes. There were drunk unruly men in the lobby who tried to cut in line. Only one staff member behind the counter and it took him more than 10 minutes to check in each guest. There was a long line.

Hotel was situated close to airport but nothing else. Area is not very touristy therefore limited access to restaurants. Rooms were very clean but bed really uncomfortable, too hard for my liking.

Good price for 1 night. Room was extremely clean, smelled like disinfectant/bleach. Comfortable beds. Only downside was that I could not change temperature in the room. It was 30 degrees celcius. It was hot as hell, I opened the window to let air in and air out the bleach smell.
