Located on the 2nd floor of the building, it is easily accessible via an elevator. It is ideal for couples or singles who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday by the North Sea.

The elegant apartment features a stylish bedroom and a luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower, providing a carefree moment of relaxation. The shower is equipped with an infrared sauna, perfect for unwinding after a long walk. The open living area, which harmoniously combines the kitchen and living room, invites you to enjoy relaxed cooking evenings. The modern SieMatic kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, oven, warming drawer, and dishwasher. Additionally, the kitchen includes a Quooker, making it easy to get hot and sparkling water at the push of a button. The living room is the perfect place to relax – here you can enjoy the coziness of the ethanol fireplace and the comfort of the sofa.

Many of the high-quality furnishings come from the Bornhold Manufaktur in Hamburg and were custom-made. Brands like Schramm, ASCO, Jacaranda, Christine Knöcke, and VIPP represent the high standards and quality of this vacation apartment.

The highlight is the large rooftop terrace with sun loungers and seating areas. Enjoy the view of the North Sea and simply relax.

Additional amenities such as underfloor heating, a washer-dryer, Wi-Fi, a private parking space, and a large Smart TV complete the comfort. Your four-legged friend is also welcome, as pets are warmly invited to the Sunset Suite. After a long walk, there is a dog wash station in the basement for your pet. You can securely store your bikes, whether brought or rented, in the basement. For our younger guests, a baby cot with a mattress and a high chair are available (please book in advance).
