The apartment has an open-plan space with a lounge-dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The lounge area has a double sofa-bed, dining table and chairs, coffee table and TV. From here you can go to the terrace outside. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, vitroceramic hob, microwave, coffee capsule machine, filter coffee maker, toaster and tableware. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
There are 3 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the terrace, and two single bedrooms each with a single bed. There is also 1 full bathroom with bath, sink and toilet, plus an extra toilet and sink. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The apartment is close to Cau del Llop beach, 1 km from the Port de Llançà.
Because of its situation, this beach is usually only visited by people from the nearby residential areas. Family atmosphere. Behind the beach is the GI-612 road which goes to El Port de la Selva. The coastal path also passes through here, along a section which isn’t very busy and takes you to dozens of small quiet coves and beaches, most of which are pebbly.
