Situated in a quiet area just 350 m on foot from the beaches of Les Tonyines and Cau del Llop, and 700 metres from the town and the shops and restaurants.
Going down the stairs to get to the apartment, there is a large terrace around the side and front of the building. The main door leads us straight into the modern kitchen with a long table and chairs, equipped with all the utensils and appliances you need for your stay: fridge-freezer, oven, vitroceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee capsule machine, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster and tableware. From the kitchen you go into the bright lounge with sofa, armchairs, decorative fireplace, coffee table, TV and doors leading to the terrace.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, one of them a suite with a double bed, door leading to the terrace and full private bathroom with shower, a bedroom with two single beds, large windows and door leading to the terrace, and a third bedroom with two single beds. There is a second bathroom with shower and sink, and a separate toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided.
