The apartment has a very sunny lounge-dining room which has large windows with views of the outside terrace and the sea. Furnished with a chaise longue sofa-bed, fireplace, coffee table, cupboards, dining table and chairs, stereo system and French windows leading to the terrace outside.

Kitchen equipped with a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, dishwasher and tableware, with a small opening looking to the dining room and a door leading to the terrace outside.

Sleeping area with 3 bedrooms: two double bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with a single bed. 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine, and an extra separate toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Outside there is a large balcony-terrace which goes around the corner, with wonderful views and outdoor furniture - table and chairs.

Bon séjour mais beaucoup de choses à améliorer

Les points positifs : - trĂšs belle vue - appartement lumineux - chambres et lits spacieux - rue calme Les points nĂ©gatifs : - dans l'annonce il est Ă©crit 2 salles de bain. Il y en a en fait une seul, l'autre est juste un WC - dans l'annonce il est Ă©crit qu'il y a un garage, mais nous n'y avons pas eu accĂšs - propretĂ© relative (beaucoup de poussiĂšre sous les lits...) - dans la salle de bain, il y a beaucoup de carrelage cassĂ© ou manquant - nous sommes arrivĂ©s le samedi, le dimanche, la douche Ă©tait bouchĂ©e (nous avons dĂ» acheter un produit pour dĂ©boucher) - Il y a beaucoup de vaisselle tachĂ©e ou rayĂ©e. Il faudrait renouveler pas mal de couverts et d'ustensiles - le canapĂ© est sale et surtout dĂ©chirĂ© et griffĂ© un peu partout - les volets coulissants sont trĂšs durs Ă  manipuler (les rails sont abimĂ©s et rouillĂ©s) - il manque un volet dans la cuisine - il y a une moustiquaire dans une chambre qui oblige Ă  passer dehors pour fermer une persienne - sur la terrasse, il n'y a qu'une ampoule sur trois qui fonctionne - le lave vaisselle ne fonctionne pas (nous l'avons utilisĂ© une fois et avons dĂ» l'arrĂȘter au bout de plusieurs heures, il n'avançait pas) - la porte du lave linge est rouillĂ©e et ne tient pas ouverte

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans ce logement. Belle vue sur Cabo Creus et la baie de Llanca.
