Outdated and way overpriced.

We normally stay at another hotel in Logan when we come down. They were fully booked so we took a chance on a much more expensive option with Baymont By Wyndham Logan. We normally stay at a cabin or the Sleep Inn. Upon arrival we felt just from the parking lot we were going to be disappointed, seemed run down and not updated. Don't know how to explain it, just not as nice as less expensive options in the area. Hotel desk clerk was pleasant and courteous. No problems with check-in. Room was very dated. Instead of a nice table and chair there was metal patio furniture in our room with several coats of black paint I assume to cover the rust, wish I had taken a picture. The desk had a wobbly & partially broken chair in it. The AC/heater unit was very noisy & made it difficult to sleep. Either be too hot or cold or try to sleep through the noise. Bed was decent, room was fairly clean, everything just seemed dated. We booked for 2 nights as we had business in town for the weekend. We concluded our business Saturday evening after 10PM and instead of suffering through another night with the loud HVAC and the room itself we decided to just pack our things and drive home that night. Needing updates is fine but it should be reflected in the price. No way should this hotel be charging $550 for a weekend in it's current condition. We normally can book a weekend at Sleep Inn for $300-$350 and it is much newer/nicer than this hotel. Will definitely not be staying again

Run away

It was awful. Holes in wall,edges of tables wore out, top of night stand peeling off. 1 wash cloth and 2 hand towels. Fridge with no freezer.NO ELEVATORS AT ALL. Beds were uncomfortable. Piaid $169 for 1 nightmare. It was not on the absolute worse condition of any hotel that I had ever seen

Good enough for a late booking but wouldn’t return

The non smoking room smelled like smoke. The coffee was terribly watery even for hotel coffee and the cheap styrofoam cups with ill fitting lids cause disastrous messes and burn hazards. It makes no sense that a hotel this size has no water dispenser even at breakfast. The staff was nice enough. Pool was a comfortable temp. FYI no elevator.

Bad. The experience started off with expedia booking. Expedia gave prices for regular and non-smoking rooms with the non-smoking room a little more expensive. I chose the non-smoking room and paid a little extra. I get to the hotel and they confirm the entire property is NON-smoking. We get to room 234, a king suite with a jacuzzi tub. We enter the room and are hit with a smell of mold/ mildew, most likely due to the carpet that went all the way up the tub. The tiles around the tub are broken and loose. I turned the faucet to the tub on and black pieces fly out of it. There was hair over the toilet and in the shower. The kleenex box was loose from the wall. You had to slam the bathroom door shut to close it and the same with the room door. The breakfast could not even be called that. The egg paties tasted like powder and the biscuits were hard and falling apart. Lack of options.

The room was satisfactory but there was definitely no “wow factor”. Hallways were stuffy and and poorly ventilated. Parking lot was dirty. Beds seemed clean but tiny pillows. Only three bath towels for a four person occupancy. Breakfast was mediocre.

The pool was nice and good temperature. There were some shops and a restaurant within walking distance. Bed was comfy room was kind of outdated. The water was shut off for almost 5 hours so we couldn’t shower after hiking and it ruined our diner plans. Breakfast had minimal choices
