Our host was very attentive. The location is right across the street from Waitrose grocery and the bus stop. Holland and Hyde park within walking and The Design Museum. Very convenient and the apartment was wonderful - great kitchen, bath and bed and sofa were comfortable.

The flat was exactly as described. It is a good size in an excellent location near bus stops and Tube stations. It is very close to Kensington High Street with many shops, restaurants, etc. Also walking distance to Kensington Palace and Kensington Gardens, and Holland Park which is very close is a very nice park (I recommend the Japanese garden inside the park). Because the flat is not directly on High Street it is quiet. As others have said, it is very nice having the Waitrose grocery store right across the street. There is also a Whole Foods on the High Street. Fred (the owner of Cafe de Fred next door) is very friendly and the cafe has fresh orange juice and good savory crepes, as well as coffee and croissants.The flat itself is comfortable. There is no dishwasher but this is clearly indicated. Actually I think the photos make it look smaller than it is. If I had any complaint it would be that the sofa bed/futon is comfortable when expanded as a bed, but not super comfortable when it is folded up and used as a couch. The flat is in a group of 2 flats just off the elevator, so you don't feel like you are in a hotel with tons of rooms one after the other. It feels very private. It was great having the lift (elevator).Natalia was very responsive and easy to interact with. I would recommend this to family and friends.

This property is wonderful. Very close to the pubs, shops and restaurants of both Earls Court and Kensington High Street. The flat has been fully modernised and is very well maintained. The space is very clean and the bed is quite comfortable. The kitchen is very fully equipped although we only had breakfast there. Natalia is very quick to respond and provided great tips when we had to run an unexpected errand. Definitely a great place to stay. Highly recommend

Bucket List London

Natalia’s flat was perfect for us, two futbol fans from the US trying to squeeze in as much London as possible. Location between two tube stops and surrounded by bus stops made it easy and economical to get anywhere. The flat was clean, quiet and well equipped with everything we needed. Natalia responded promptly to all questions. Large grocery right across the street and Cafe Fred next door for delicious food and conversation. We would definitely stay here again, thank you Natalia.

Positives - loved the neighborhood. Appreciate the elevator!We were able to check-in sooner than we thought which was very much appreciated.Kitchen well-equipped. Washer/dryer a big plus!Negatives - NOISY! There was construction in the building nextdoor. Loud banging began very early in the morning. There is poor ventilation in the bathroom, so there is moisture build-up in the apartment/on windows. Although not visible, there must be mildew/mold buildup as I became very sick during my stay. The bed is not a king size.

Perfect Location

I took my mother for Christmas!! I purchased visitor Oyster cards before our arrival - for all things public transportation. This place is quite quant, but the grocery store directly across the street, restaurants, shopping and a bus stop at nearly every corner - made this quant flat perfect! FYI: The 9 bus is all you need! There were several full-length mirrors, W/D combo, a towel warmer, coffee station, fully equipped kitchen, also a plug converter; if you happened to have forgotten yours. Natalia was also very accommodating, responsive and helpful. I will definitely be back! And highly recommend!

Best Accommodations in Kensington

My stay in Natalia's flat was a great experience. She was very communicative, and checking in was easy. As a solo traveler, I found the flat to be spacious and comfortable. It was clean, and the location was perfect. There was a park just a minute's walk away, and a market across the street made cooking convenient. The nearby tube station also made it easy to explore other parts of the city. I have visited London many times before, and this was by far my favorite place to stay. I will definitely try to book with Natalia the next time I visit.

This flat was perfect for our stay in London. It had everything we needed. From a comfortable bed to rest at night, a kitchen to cook in when we didn’t want to go out, and access to do some laundry before starting the next leg of our journey. The flat was easy to find, very clean, and definitely spacious. Location was wonderful. Tube nearby, Kensington street right around the corner, and plenty of beautiful parks nearby. Natalia was such a gracious host with plenty of guidance for attractions and things to do on our first visit to London. And the opportunity to drop our bags off prior to check in was fantastic. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up for this flat and would 100% stay here again for future travels to London.

Fantastic stay in a great apartment

We booked this apartment for stay in London. We were so happy that we did. The location is closes to buses and tube. It is very quiet and has everything that you may need. It's a big space with a large bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. The bathroom had a lot of toiletries and the kitchen was very well equipped. It was also nice to have a washer/drier combo. Our host, Natalia was amazing. Very responsive and let us leave our bags earlier while the place was being cleaned. When we cam back the place was very clean and we felt right at home. There is also a great grocery store Waitrose right across the street and you can get everything you need there. The place is 1 minute walk from a very nice park and many other stores and restaurants as well as pubs. Natalia, also let us leave our bags after check out and allowed us to check out later as we were heading to Windsor in the afternoon. This gave us more chance to visit London in the morning and early afternoon. Natalia responded very quickly no matter when I sent her a message. We were very happy that we rented this place and if we come back to London we will definitely love to stay there again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Great location

The location is excellent. It is a quick walk to Holland Park, Kensington Gardens, and easy underground access. We especially enjoyed next door Cafe de Fred for a great daily breakfast and excellent croissants. Grocery store is across the street and everything you can need is nearby. We arrived late and check in was very easy. Natalia was very responsive. The apartment’s bathroom is enviable, the best we stayed in during our 3 month trip.
