The front desk staff were very helpful, fast and efficient, the rooms while small were perfectly equipped, stylish, clean and comfortable! I loved the coffee bar and water and bubbly taps! Such a nice touch!

I have stayed in many mid tier hotels in central London. My stay at Brit hotel was a nice room, quiet, and well kept. Staff is very helpful. Room was spotless. Shower worked (yes, you'd think it would be a given, but many central London hotels seem to be full of leaking showers). Room was quiet, not much room-next-door noise.. And as a builder/creator, I always notice things like trim and moulding, the way pipes fit together, or leaky tiles in bathroom floors. Can't help myself. This place was tip top shape. If you are looking for a nice place to stay, give Brit Hotel a try! I'd stay again.

The staff was all right. The room was comfortable and clean, and I like the temperature. The bathroom was tiny, and so is the shower. As all of the other reviews indicate the only place I had to put my luggage was on the floor in the hallway between the bathroom and the bed, which was a little inconvenient. The location of the property overall was the main selling point for me, and the aesthetic of the lobby was really nice as well. My favorite aspect was having the Coffee on hand in the lobby. I would say that was a very nice amenity. The only thing that kind of made me mad was them. I’m not having shampoo or conditioner, which made me had to go out of my way to buy some at the store. You would think that at least these price points. They would have the basic things as shampoo and conditioner, but they did not. Regardless, I got my money worth with the Coffee and the latte. So it was fine. I guess, but I really like the location and the. Overall by over the hotel felt clean and classy.

Very friendly and helpful but they did have a 150 damage deposit that i wasnt aware of and took a week to go back into my bank. Rooms were clean and tidy would recommended
