Earl's Court is a vibrant and well-connected area of London, offering a delightful mix of residential charm and urban convenience. You'll find tree-lined streets and beautiful period architecture alongside a diverse selection of shops, cafes, and restaurants catering to all tastes. From traditional British pubs to international cuisine, there's always something to tempt your palate. The area boasts several green spaces perfect for a stroll, and cultural attractions are within easy reach.

Transport links in Earl's Court are excellent, making it a superb base for exploring London. The closest Underground station is Earl's Court, which provides access to the Piccadilly and District lines. These lines offer direct connections to many of London's key attractions, including the West End, museums in South Kensington, and Heathrow Airport, ensuring that getting around the city is both easy and efficient.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
