We booked 3 nights, mostly for the location, 5 mins walk from Victoria Underground and Bus Station. Upon arrival the rooms weren’t ready, as we were early but after a short 15 mins wait, we were able to check in. Check in is self-done with help from the staff, if needed, you create your own cards etc - room was perfect, smaller POD style but bed was comfy, etc (who stays in their room anyway when visiting). Unfortunately, the day we arrived we found out Air Canada was going on strike, the day we were suppose to leave. I spoke with one of the staff, explained the situation, he made notes on our file and then I contacted Expedia Agent - within 15 minutes, the agent spoke with the hotel reservation supervisor and we were refunded for the last 2 nights as we ended up leaving 2 days early. Next time to London, will 💯 stay here again!! Plus, breakfast was included - buffet style -

Rooms too small for 2 people

Room is too small. Bed is wall to wall (you have to crawl over your partner to get in bed. Not enough space for 2 people to cross each other. Bath room and shower are too narrow you can barely move.
