Nice hotel, few issues.

Had no light bulbs and no shower gel, made reception aware. Only offered us a late check out which we couldn’t use as we needed to leave before original check out time. Didn’t really help or accommodate for the lack of lighting & soap. I’d stay here again though.

Stained room carpeting

Large stain on the room carpet had a rug put over it, presumably to hide it. The stain should have been removed by cleaning the carpet. Otherwise a good stay.

The property in itself is really nice and updated. Staff are also nice and welcoming. However, the pillows are really poor quality and the remote control of the TVs just does not work as it should. Overall, I would stay there again, but bring my own pillow?

Overall, the hotel is lovely and has nice service, but it is perhaps a bit dated. The pull-out bed in our suite was super old, and to say it was uncomfortable is an understatement. I wish I hadn't seen the mattress.
