Too far check-in spot

The check in spot was too far away from the property, it takes 14 minutes by walking and it was very difficult to walk so far with the luggage. The wall on top of the washing machine is falling off and the lower shower head does not work properly. We travelled as a family of 4 and made request for an extra duvet, the extra duvet did not come with a duvet cover. There is only one chair in the kitchen (there is a broken one in the hallway) and dinning room. But the bed, pillow and the one duvet with duvet cover is comfortable. The location is convenience, not far from tube and supermarkets.
