This flat has incredible ratings so we were looking forward to our stay, however what we found was VASTLY different than advertised. The floors were covered in hair and crumbs, the linens were stained and dirty, there was black mould in the shower, the bathroom sink didn't drain, mould in the fridge/freezer, and rotting trimwork. The showerhead was so caked in limescale that most of the holes were clogged and the water sprayed sideways rather than down. Pubic hair on the bathroom floors and hair in the bed. We stayed for and hour in sweltering heat and then left to find more suitable accommodation. The owner has been hideous to us, accusing us of planting the filth and overreacting. I have FAR more photos than what I'm allowed to upload here.

Perfect location near Forest Hill Overground stop

We really enjoyed our stay here. The two bathrooms and kitchen were modern and well-equipped, and the location of the flat was very conveniently located near shops, nice cafes, and public transit. Xavier was a very responsive and gracious host.
