Airport stopover. Hotel was fine, but it was just outside Heathrow, so given the bad trafgic jams, it took a long time to get there and back, so cut into my sleeping time. Had to get über which added to the overall cost, so didnt really work for me. Next time id book an hotel actually on the airport.

My friend and I were in a twin room. The room was new so everything was clean but I’m not sure who thought a frosted glass bathroom door and partial wall was a good idea. It lacks privacy and of course the whole room lights up if someone uses the bathroom during the night. There is a 2cm gap between the bathroom door and the glass wall panel which happens to align with the full length mirror in the room so whilst using the toilet, you can see the person lying in their bed closest to the bathroom...and vice versa.

Excellent hotel, everybody I dealt with was very polite and helpful. The location is great, with a close by bus stop. The views from the rooftop bar are incredible if you’re an aviation fan!
