Worst night I have ever stayed in a hotel. I felt that I slept on the airport runway. Every plane felt that it was taking off in my room. The bed was uneven and I wasn’t able to sleep. Gave 2 stars, one for the kind staff and one for the mediocre but OK breakfast. If you value your comfort steer away from this property

Lovely room, very clean and spacious. You could hear the rumbles of the planes taking off, but this stopped around 10:30 and we didn’t hear anything until around 7:30 the next morning so it didn’t affect our sleep. We ate in the sky bar and the staff were very friendly and the food was great! We got an Uber to the terminal as it was £14 and took 10 mins. Shuttle is I believe £6.50 each and takes 22-30 mins

Greeted by a pleasant staff, check in was straightforward. Room was clean and has all the required and mentioned items in the advert. Room wasn’t as sound proof; i could hear every time someone would pass by, lifts and doors. There was no toothpaste; i rang and staff was prompt to bring one to the room. However room was booked for two and one brushing set was provided upon request. Hygiene was good, bed linen was clean, toilet and bath was up to the mark. Overall my stay was comfortable; and good value for the money.

My request for adjoining rooms was ignored, despite the hotel agreeing that I had requested this over a month ago, and me having their response to the request. The Manager there was rude and tried to say it was not their fault. Basically blamed me for using Expedia. Added to that the room wifi did not work

Very good hotel and location to Heathrow. Room was of a very high standard. Two restaurants to choose from in the evening and an excellent breakfast with many options. If they call you a taxi be careful. Taxi that came for me did not take me the most direct route to Terminal 4 and cost me likely double what it should have been!
