The Italian maintenance lady was just amazing. I didn’t get her name but she was by far the best . Me and my son loved our stay , the entire staff was very pleasant and polite. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends that will visit London .

The hotel was clean, modern, quiet and locates right next to Victoria Station. Breakfast was fantastic! The hotel layout felt like a maze on the first day but once we got used to it, it's not a big deal.

Excellent location and stay

The stay was amazing. Could have done with more pillows, already in the room. Breakfast excellent but would have liked an omelette station to be made fresh. On the table at breakfast something denote that the table was taken, so you can go and get breakfast as a couple. Staff were courteous and very pleasant.

Could be better.

Hotel itself is clean and tidy, disappointed to say the least that i had to produce identification for my child. When i asked the lady who was checking me in was it necessary as he was a child she replied "no its not necessary but i would feel alot better if you did" . We travel three times a year from ireland to watch football and never have been asked to produce id for a child. Scanned/photocopied kids passport which i felt was very intrusive and off putting for future bookings.

The hotel was very clean, always quiet, and very conveniently located to the tube/bus/rail stations and within walking distance to many London top attractions. This is a very good option for a sightseeing trip!
