A truly remarkable apartment, located on the top floor of a luxury modern development with a lift ensures both privacy and convenience. Three double bedrooms and three full bathrooms means there's plenty of space for comfort and flexibility. The spacious balcony overlooking the River Thames offers stunning views and a wonderful place to relax and unwind.
Imperial Wharf is a delightful neighborhood, with its sophisticated ambiance, grand entrance boulevard, and beautifully maintained private gardens. Plus, its proximity to London's transport network and the amenities of Kings Road, Chelsea makes it a highly desirable location.
This apartment has Air Conditioning throughout. The living room is massive with double aspect windows and access to the amazing balcony!
The kitchen has an American-size fridge/freezer as well as washing machine and a separate tumble dryer.
BEDS
The beds of the two bigger bedrooms are Super King Size which is 180cm (6 feet) width.
The bed of the smaller bedroom is a King Size which is 150cm (5 feet) width.
All beds are made of wood and are of an extremely solid construction. If shared by two people there will not be any shaking or wobbling when one turns around during the sleep.
UPON REQUEST, the 4th bed will be set up in the living room and will be constituted by the current sofa being reclined and with a topper laid out on it. The size will be of 100cm width (3 feet and 3 inches).
UPON REQUEST, the 5th bed will be set up in the living room (together with the 4th bed) and will be constituted by a professional inflatable mattress which has the same height as a normal bed where you can actually seat on. The size will be of 100cm width (3 feet and 3 inches).
MATTRESSES
All mattresses are one foot high, 12 inches or 30cm with the top port in memory foam that shapes around the contour of your body. They are extremely supportive and stable and in fact extremely heavy to move. Again, if shared by two people there will not be any shaking or wobbling when one turns around during the sleep.
